There was a smell of smoke when I first entered the room. After I asked to change rooms, it did improve. However, I don't know if this room was cleaned and then no one used it. The cups visible to the naked eye were covered with dust. I had special requirements when ordering because I had children with me who were afraid of dropping them. I got out of bed and hoped for help to put the bed together, but there was no help at all.
