Surrounded by mountains, the environment is very good, the hygiene is acceptable, and the afternoon tea tastes good. The room is spacious and has outdoor and indoor hot spring pools. The facilities and personal supplies are sufficient, but the facilities are a bit old.

酒店位置非常好，步行出大街只需幾分鐘時間，環境寧靜舒適，偶有樓下泳池玩樂人聲，十分適合喜歡靜的我們。食物方面很有台灣南部家常的特色，可能有人會覺得比較單調。 無論前台，餐飲，房務或其他部門員工都非常友善，見面時就像和家人朋友一樣和我們打招呼聊天。另最貼心的是住宿期間家人發燒而且胃痛，員工會詢問不舒服情況和提供應急的藥物，之後還另外煮了合適的食物送至房間，直如照顧家人一樣！ 這裏是個值得再來的地方，這旅館的人情味也值得我再選擇它。

全家一起來住宿，一泊二食很不錯👍🏼 家庭的飲食習慣是素食，有提前告知，讓我們入住後相當滿意，家人也很稱讚人員的服務態度非常優質、親切，讓我們感受都非常愉快。謝謝 戶外大眾池也讓家人玩得挺開心，房間內的池子水質也相當滑順，就是有些設備可能老舊，可以維護再好一些。 基本上從入住到退房，我們全家都非常滿意♨️ 有機會也會再來光顧，期待下次的溫泉之旅。

酒店接待員親切有善， 能立刻回應我們的要求，我們訂的是一泊二食的雙湯房， 房間雖然有點歷史感， 但都寬敞、豪華及舒適， 房內有自助咖啡機， 與贈送的下午茶點非常搭配， 整個旅程都很愉快， 有賓至如歸的感覺

很有人情味的地方， 不過設備有點老舊，去水管有臭味， 人情味濃，晚餐很有家的味道， 打掃阿姨很好我們不小心打破了飲料瓶子她馬上來幫我清理，而且清理得很仔細， 入住那天還有糕點可以吃。
