Very good service of reception. Helped to booked car back to highspeedrail station as buses stop running cos of typhoon. Reception also gave recommendation to places to eat and where is still open. Helped to check if its still open as well. Room is very clean. Spacious. We got a free upgrade to ocean view room. Although typhoon disrupted our plans, this hostel definitely made it alot better. No complains. Feel well rested too.

We had an amazing stay at sunshine Liv and we were in love with the ocean view from the room. There is no lift available but manageable. The staff will assist with our luggages up to our room.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are helpful and kind, and we enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable room with fantastic sea view! 100% worth the stay!

This is an extremely gorgeous hotel. The view from the oceanfront rooms were simply fantastic. We woke up to the blue sky and turquoise water morning. Breakfast was a fixed set for everyone and staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I were to visit in the future. The only downside is that the toilet in my room smells like sewage.

I live right opposite the beach. The environment is first-class. The bed is big and the room is very spacious. It can hold 2 large dishes. The shower rooms are big and the shower liquid smells good. The hotel staff provide good service and will help you carry the dishes as soon as you arrive.

Not a good experience. We booked two rooms, one large and one small, in the trip.com book, but when we checked in, we were told that nothing would be provided because children stay for free. I remember that at that time, book only had the option of two-person or four-person rooms, and there was no option for two adults and one child (children are not free). And it's very impersonal that you can't even give me an extra toothbrush, slippers, and pillow. The room is not as beautiful as the photo, which is normal, but there is dust, and the four-legged snake is really unacceptable in the room. It is so close to the sea and there is no rope for guests to put their swimsuits in the bathroom, which is really inconvenient. There is no food nearby, but I already knew this when I booked. At that time, I thought it was a good B&B, so I gave up choosing one with a better location. But this B&B with only appearance is really disappointing. In addition to the differences from expectations, please also write about other feelings. The attitude of the staff at the B&B is also so-so. In addition, because we had water sports in the morning, it was of course impossible to delay check-out until 1pm, since the next day was a Monday and no one was checking in. It rained heavily that day, and the children were all wet and dry, so they couldn't tolerate it. Finally, someone took our umbrellas. Originally, the lady just said that she could take us to the car, but what should we do when we get off the car? Fortunately, a gentleman at the front desk found a way to help us retrieve the umbrella. It must have been taken to their floor by other guests.  In fact, this B&B is really not cheap. If you think of it as a hotel: the room facilities are average, the staff attitude is average, and the location is average; if you think of it as a B&B: there is no human touch at all. All in all, the price/performance ratio is low.
