This is amazing hotel.. Service very good and the location of the hotel is perfect.. We rented motorbike to round kengting and everything is perfect here. The staffs are polite and helpful.. They provide free shuttle to bus stop at heng chun.

Pool was littered with debris from the strong winds. The water quality was good, but the pool staff could have done a better job at hauling out the debris at the deep end of the pool. The jacuzzi was a disappointment. The presence of greenish/yellowish algae in the water made the jacuzzi uninviting. The heater was turned off and will not be turned on until the third week of November. I was there during the last week of October. Every resort I stayed at had the jacuzzi heated despite the time of the year or the ambient air temperature. If it is the position of the management to not clean or heat the jacuzzi, then the jacuzzi should be covered up and blocked off. The breakfast buffet was horrible considering how much money they charged. I probably will not stay or recommend this hotel. It’s has a lot of potential!

The overall facilities and environment of the hotel are not worthy of this price. As a result, I had to call the counter to complain in the middle of the night. After a long time, they opened another room for us to watch Netflix. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good. It was entirely a problem with the hotel's own hardware equipment. Although the attitude was very good and apologized the next day, the compensation plan given was to delay check-out by 2 hours + give a free upgrade coupon for the next stay. To be honest, why should I spend 8,000 or 10,000 to suffer? But it is worth praising that the breakfast is delicious. Breakfast is the only place that makes me feel worthwhile on the whole trip.

A hotel can't always look like new, but I feel that they are very attentive in maintaining the hygiene and environmental facilities. In particular, the friendly service attitude of all the staff is very satisfying. I personally feel that although the breakfast in the restaurant is not very rich, it is more than enough for our family. There are freshly made delicious steamed buns, various breads, porridge and side dishes, as well as juice, soy milk and fragrant coffee. Especially being able to enjoy breakfast facing the beautiful sea is a perfect experience that other hotels don't have. I personally feel that the CP value is very high and I will definitely choose to stay again in the future.

The hotel is on the 1st floor of Fuhua, and it is not an independent villa, but it does have a swimming pool. Very clean and friendly service staff is also great. All in all, plus a large pool, you can soak in a day. Crossing the road is Xiaowan Beach. A few minutes walk to Kenting Main Street.
