老闆娘一家善良樸實，聽説我要參加越野賽，可能會錯過退房時間，幫我房間一直留到兩點多，讓我回來洗個澡再退房，太太感謝啦！聽説老闆娘家的飯菜也非常可口，下次來沂蒙山還會住鑫盛，到時嚐嚐她家的特色菜喲！#房間設施房間設施齊全#位置交通交通便利，離沂蒙山遊客中心只有幾百米#衞生一客一換，非常好#服務熱情周到#WIFI網速流暢#性價比性價比非常高

離沂蒙山很近很近，步行幾分鐘即到，住宿+餐飲，老闆人很好很實在，做飯也好吃，看上什麼點什麼，菜量超大，店裡的野茶也很好喝，暖暖的，畢竟是民宿，乾淨就差不多了，不能奢求太高的設施和環境

老闆娘態度很好，但是到店後告知已定的大床房騰不出來，調換小點的房間背陰，感覺不好，將我們調換到對面悦來賓館，隔音超級差，甚至感覺是放大器，不僅樓下路上聲音很清晰，同樓層打呼嚕聲也很清晰。體驗很差。

家庭旅館，門口車位多，自駕友好。樓梯非常陡，對老年人來説很不方便。離景區售票處很近，步行五分鐘就到了。但是檢票口還有一公里左右，有觀光車。
