Hotel maravilhoso. Muito limpo. Quartos pequenos, mas bons. Banheiro ótimo. Comida muito boa, sempre com opções simples ou mais incrementadas. Recreação é o forte deste hotel. Para adultos também! Para famílias com crianças é ótimo. A área das piscinas internas deixa um pouco a desejar quando está frio, pois entra vento, não é fechada com paredes, mas com janelas móveis. O banheiro da área das piscinas precisa ter algo anti derrapante; como fica molhado, é perigoso. Meus dois filhos escorregaram e caíram.

Estive hospedado com minha familia nas ferias de Julho e fomos muito bem atendidos, principalmente no restaurante pelo Metre Valmir que nao mede esforcos para atender a todos, especialmente minha filha que e vegana, com toda sua simpatia e dedicacao procurava sempre oferecer o melhor e isto se estende ao Chefe de cozinha Junior. Enfim tudo perfeito ambiente muito agradavel e profissionais sempre preocupados em nos atender da melhor forma.

Excelente hotel. Pensão completa, café, almoço, café da tarde e jantar. Tudo muito variado e caprichado. Estrutura de piscinas que dispensa ir ao parque de Termas. Programação para adultos e crianças. Apenas um detalhe. Procure quantos mais altos. No sub solo e andares baixos tem muito barulho.

Hotel com estrutura incrível, os recreadores são muito bons no que fazem, experiência maravilhosa. Já viemos 4 vezes e sempre saímos planejando a próxima!!! A experiência do escape room foi muito bacana, superou as expectativas, vários sustos e boas melhoras!

Hotel muito bom que valoriza o hóspede. Tudo pensado para o melhor para o hóspede . Comida, recreação, quartos , shows. É tudo muito bom. As piscinas são bem quentes. A comida de altíssima qualidade, em fim, é um ótimo lugar para ir com a família. Não precisa nem sair do hotel

Quando cheguei não gostei muito mas até se acomodar. O quarto meio pequeno mas bem limpo. Comida muito excelente atendimento de boa qualidade . As instalações são muito boas lugar bem arejado bem localizado do ladinho do rio. Só o trem da susto de meio dia .

Tudo estava divino só senti falta de sobremesas mais tradicionais no almoço e janta. Bolos e tortas são mais para.um café.

Excelente hotel. Atendimento excepcional, colaboradores extremamente prestativos e educados, Alimentação de altíssima qualidade, preço justo em todos os sentidos. Excelente custo benefício. Um parque aquático fenomenal ( passamos mais tempo nas piscinas do hotel do que no parque ), localização privilegiada. Resumindo: vale muito a pena se hospedar.
