I stayed here for 10 days, and though I knew very little about the hotel or area, I feel that I made the best choice! Hylatio Tourist Village is a lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds that were nice to take a morning stroll around. The staff were all brilliant - friendly and helpful! My apartment was lovely! Comfy and clean, with a nice balcony area to sit out and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet! It also had a fridge, which was handy for keeping a stock of cold water, and basic cooking facilities. The pool area was nice and clean, and not too busy with plenty of sunbeds to go round! I stayed half board, and the breakfast and dinner choices were very good, and the drinks were all very reasonably priced. Pissouri is a great little village, with just enough to do, but still peaceful. There are several nice small restaurants and shops, and a nice clean beach, and it's not too far to drive to Paphos and Limassol too. I will most definitely be coming back again, and I'm looking forward to it already! Thank you!

A returning customer. 2 weeks late May early June with my nephew, mum and sisters. Always lovely here. I go b&b and use the place as a base to sometimes stay close by and sometimes explore further afield. I spent the 2nd week on my own and was safe, I felt comfortable and well looked after. On one of our first days (late May) there was a private christening with an incredible talented cypriot band. The singer was as good as Nikos Vertis, we really enjoyed all of it, it was a real highlight for us, seeing the local ladies in their finery doing cypriot dancing with their friends to such brilliant music. It didnt interfere with the lunch service. Going back for another 2 weeks in September. Thanks Vlad, Florrie and Angela x.

We can’t understand why this gorgeous place gets bad reviews it’s such a shame. Apartments- are totally adequate for what you need, each apartment has shutters which are really nice and keep the place shady. Rooms are cleaned daily and really nice to relax in, we have slept really well since being here. Rooms are also equipped with most things to cook with. Property- The property is absolutely gorgeous with amazing gardens all round which are well cared for. The pool is stunning and warm and also cleaned and looked after well. It’s a very quiet place so if you want noise and the party life it’s not for you. Food - We stayed B&B what we had at breakfast was really nice but obviously the bacon isn’t like at home but okay. All inclusive seemed fine but we ate out or from the restaurant menu, which is really nice and reasonable. The chops are massive and really tasty. Area - Really quaint and the restaurants are lovely and the beach and sea are gorgeous. TIP - pay for the blue beds that are cheaper than white ones. 7.50 € for two beds and a parasol. The local shop is stocked well but there is a supermarket. All the restaurants charge roughly the same sort of price for a meal. Yes you could nitpick about little things like you could anywhere but we feel that we have had good value for money. The staff are lovely and so quick to help you with whatever you need, all in all we are having a fantastic holiday and will be back as soon as we can. You can’t get over how beautiful this place is and how hard all of the staff work, it’s going to be really hard leave.

My son and I stayed here in may, the rooms are clean and bright, a little basic but cleaned daily. The pool is kept lovely the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only down side was the food, all inclusive through the day is great. Breakfast is the usual all inclusive, lunch is fries and fish fingers or chicken which is great for all the family. The evening meal is only a 2 choice affair, we ate out twice as there was nothing my son liked. Perhaps a little more variation on a night would be better. Other than that it was a lovely stay with the hotel having a few bars, restaurants and shops close by. For the money it was really really good

Stayed at Hylatio from May the 19th to the 26th 2024 on a bed and breakfast basis My wife and I are well seasoned travellers and chose this Hotel for a quiet week away in the sun. Overall the hotel was good and the staff very friendly and for the majority of the time we had a nice relaxing holiday, that is until the last day !! We had been notified that a local Christening had been booked for around 120 people. This was to take place in the external dining area and guests on an all inclusive package, nor other guests, would NOT be able to use the external dinning area between the hours of .3.0pm and 6.30pm. There is also a small grassed area just off the external dining area that had tables on it and half that was also booked for the Christening. So your options for dinning were limited There was a buffet laid on for the Christening guests and this was situated in the main internal dining area. Then the music started, a band had been booked for the Christening and off they went !! Very loud and far in excess a volume needed for the distance the guests were away from the band. This went on from approx 3pm to 7.45pm. We were originally at the pool but found the music too loud, we then moved back to our room, shut the doors and tried to drown the volume out, no luck there. In the end I decided we would walk into Pissouri bay, get away from the noise and have a drink. The music was that loud, and I am being truthful, I could still just about hear it 3km away The 120 strong queue for the buffet extended in a line way past the bar and access through the crowd to the bar was limited/awkward. The external dining area was off limits and paying hotel guests were denied it usage The pool area was far from the quiet peaceful place I had paid for and previously enjoyed There were children at the hotel, some toddlers some older. Some went for a nap mid afternoon, I presume they didn't get it ?? We stayed in room 10-5 directly opposite the pool area and within around 30 metres of the main internal dining hall, external dining area and bar, so overall a great room location. I did have a word with the manageress about this and pointed out that they need to decide if they are a function venue or hotel. If the hotel continues this activity they will need to build a separate function room as most hotels have The hotel is generally in need of a face lift and or lick of paint, although the pool area is good with a nicely sized well kept pool and good spacing between the sunbeds. The gardens are well kept and are well laid out Strange issue with the wardrobes in our room, the hanger rails and space between the shelves did not allow for my wife's dress hanging, they were too close together?. In short, ,my advice would be to check if there are any functions booked at this hotel prior to travelling, that is if you want a peaceful relaxing holiday

Lovely staff absolutely brilliant. Lovely place immaculate grounds. Food wasn't so good. I can try or eat anything. However it was poor overall. The breakfast was ok but that was it. Ate out the last 3 nights at the local restaurants. The pictures show tables set. In reality you had to get your own cutlery and definitely no tables set. Outside toilets for the bar and pool area are a trek. Bar area nice and pleasant. Pool immaculate. Room was nice however lots of sockets didn't work. AIR CON was very good. Definitely not a place for young children or infract children overall, as there is nothing to do for them. There was a student gathering for the duration of our stay. Adults and young people a like, which they would take over at meal times. In the evening around 9 they would do talks in the bar area via a projection screen. Everything stopped to hear their views. Would I go back? maybe if they improved the food and didn't have them students. but that's a maybe. thanks Lee
