There are not enough superlatives to describe this gem of a hotel. Their welcoming attitude, attention to detail, beautiful decor, comfortable rooms (with comfortable beds, ample pillows and soft, fluffy towels) and ideal location in the heart of Pistoia make it an ideal place to stay.

Φοβερή τοποθεσία, πολύ άνετα και κυρίως καθαρά δωμάτια. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, κυρίως το ψωμί που φτιάχνει στο φούρνο του ο ιδιοκτήτης Nicolas. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό ιδιαίτερα ο Lorenzo! Μας δόθηκαν μέσω what's up αναλυτικές οδηγίες για το πώς θα φτάσουμε στο ξενοδοχείο και πώς θα μπούμε στο πάρκινγκ που απέχει από το ξενοδοχείο πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η ώρα το πρωινού ήταν απ' τις πιο ευχάριστες εμπειρίες του ξενοδοχείου. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Sono stata con la mia famiglia e il nostro cucciolo di Cavalier King in questo hotel per un weekend. Abbiamo alloggiato in due camere king size , belle , comode, eleganti, silenziose e con vista sul battistero . Per chi avesse problemi motori consiglio il terzo piano ( la doccia è più comoda ). Caffè espresso, mappa della città e consigli offerti dalla casa. La colazione che nella nostra opzione era inclusa , non eccessivamente abbandonante ma molto buona : ingredienti genuini , torte eccellenti. Consigliato !

Prima ligging, ruime kamer met goed bed, heerlijk ontbijt met topproducten en divers superlekker gebak. Vriendelijk onthaal en leuke babbel met de receptionist.

Struttura unica per cordialità, gentilezza, posizione, e non solo ma anche per la buona cucina collegata, le camere sono ampie, ben arredate e con la vista sul retro del Battistero

Amazing hotel, perfect location. It’s in the heart of Pistoia, steps from restaurants, cafes, bars, sites and some of the best gelato I’ve ever had. Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was incredible. We had the top floor suite with a private terrace, the view was beautiful. We’d stay here again without a doubt.

Ha preso un doppio pagamento senza ancora restituirlo dopo averlo chiesto per due volte. Sono stato dal 13 febbraio al 16. Quando sono andato a pagare la tassa di soggiorno nonostante avesse confermato di aver ricevuto il pagamento dall agenzia in cui si serve il mio datore di lavoro ha passato sulla mia carta l intero importo. Ho chiesto la restituzione e ad oggi nn l ha fatta

Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in questo hotel abbiamo trovato personale gentile e molto disponibile. Camera confortevole e pulita. Hotel posizionato in centro,comodo per poter visitare Pistoia comodamente. La colazione buona e il ristorante ottimo. Consiglio questa struttura
