Stay from 17th to 19th August I booked a single room and at check-in I was assigned a double room without any increase in cost. Spacious, clean room, with a wonderful view, although it needs small improvements. However, it is the only hotel in the historic center of Pitigliano. Breakfast based on sweets, try the papalina cake with ricotta and black cherries, tarts, but also a savory breakfast with typical local cured meats. Thanks for the kindness and helpfulness of Miss Alice.

Hotel located right on the square from which you enter the village of Pitigliano (to be explored exclusively on foot), very comfortable. The structure is really dated and does not have a lift, but many stairs (it is true that it is an ancient building...but a solution could be found). The furnishings are "boardhouse" style, the TV is very small and positioned in such a way that you can't see it from the bed, but the room is clean and equipped with towels and courtesy set. However, I have to give four stars because the location and the view of the square and the valley are worth the decidedly high price paid for the accommodation. The boy who served us breakfast deserves to be mentioned: kind and prepared. Abundant breakfast with fresh products. Super papalina cake, congratulations! Another useful vote because they accept four-legged friends.
