We were there for 1 night. The only good thing is they have smart TV in the room. Let's just say the photos on the website are nicer than the room itself when we get there. It is still an OK room. It is just the whole room smell like swimming pool and chlorine.

Deplorable room conditions!
Stains on the bed covers-previous body hairs not cleaned up on the bed topper- Medication left in the room bin, not cleaned up-Hair of some description not cleaned up in the shower- room looked out into a fronted up wall, with trash below-
This hotel and my experience was not worth and no- where near the £182 I paid!
I don't normally complain, but I would not wish any other poor traveller to experience what we had too.
The service on the front desk needs to be better also.

Recently spent a few days at this lovely old hotel in the heart of Pitlochry. After reading several reviews we were a bit wary however this was unfounded in our case. The room was, yes, a little dated but it is an old hotel, spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed. Evening meal and breakfast was delicious and a very nice lounge area where we had a few drinks in the evening while relaxing after our busy day. We found all staff to be super helpful but in particular Ann (dining room) after I managed to cut myself and stain my new jacket. No trouble to her, she simply whisked it away and cleaned it for me so a massive grateful thanks to her. Loved our stay and would return if we visit Pitlochry again.

Beware I’d bringing a car to this hotel. We provided our registration details at check in however today I received a parking fine. I will appeal this and get it cancelled however for people brining a hire car or who lease their car privately you’ll end up paying double for the privilege of an already overpriced hotel. When I called the hotel to get it cancelled they refused and said I had to appeal myself - what the actual,, Breakfast was terrible, very poor quality ingredients served in what felt like a school dinner hall. Definitely not a hotel for anyone who live a bit of quality

Beware parking!! Despite providing registration number got a £100 fine today. When i called hotel to cancel was told to contact parking company myself - what the actual!!! Glad it's my own car and not a lease or rental otherwise I would have ended up paying and additional £60 for the privilege!! Room was nice but shower terrible. Breakfast was also seriously lacking, very cheap tasteless ingredients. Next time we'll go elsewhere as not worth the money or hassle

A lovely spa weekend with my daughter. The treatments were amazing. We booked afternoon tea, which was fabulous. A good mix of sweet and savoury treats. Our room was very comfortable with smashing views. A super experience which we’d love to replicate some time. A very fine full Scottish breakfast next morning completed a super short break.
