Basic and perfect for purpose

We stayed 1 night to break up a long journey. Excellent location right at Taunton Deane Services. Check in was quick and easy, room was large with double bed and single bed for our 9 year old. It was clean and warm perfect for us. Will definitely use again

Wifi not working in the location. When asked for help nothing was done. Customer service here is very poor. The front desk is always close, no one to attend to customers. We won't stay in this hotel again.

Clean, friendly but dated. A lick of paint won’t g a miss. Warm enough.

Comfortable accommodation with everything I needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely use Days Inn again.

Room was clean apart from bins being emptied. Shower gel was empty. Other than that everything was spotless and the check in/out was smooth. Basic room and beds were comfy, we all slept well. They do not accommodate for larger families, which means you need two rooms for families larger that 4 people. I know this is common, but feel that hotels could try and accommodate bigger families to be together in the future.

Thought the eating area could do with updating - for a 24 hour service area only place to get food was McDonald’s.the outside area was kept clean a thankless task for staff to pick-up rubbish left but those who don’t care. Our stay at Days Inn was ok room clean,linen fresh,staff welcoming but hotel could do with decor overhaul.
