In a moderately priced hotel, the bed is not made and cleaned every day. If you want new towels or sanitary products the next day, you can ask the front desk and they will be delivered in time. The room is big enough, the sound insulation is not good, the advantage is that it is close to Pittsburgh. There are discounts for accommodation and breakfast, but there is no breakfast at the nearby Starbucks. If there is not enough parking space at the entrance, you can park in the opposite parking lot, and the hotel will pay for it for you. All in all it was good, no inconvenience.

This is a very stylish hotel. From getting off the car to checking in, every staff member I met was very, very warm and sincere! Special thanks to the beautiful short-haired beauty at the front desk for providing us with several maps of different universities and a route map of restaurants, which is so convenient! And the hotel is located in the university town, very convenient!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the bathroom decoration is simple and elegant, and everything is clean. The bathroom and shower room are separate spaces for convenience, and there is also a storage room. There is a small desk and sofa space, so you won't feel crowded even if you stay for several days in a row, which is very good. The room is cleaned once every two days, which is good. The girls and boys at the front desk are very nice, and the breakfast is good, American buffet.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days while traveling alone. I was very satisfied with all aspects. The front desk service attitude was good, patient and attentive, and responsive. The environment was nice, clean and tidy, very warm, and the hygiene was satisfactory. There was a gym and a screening room, and it was cost-effective.

We love the location. It’s closed to University of Pittsburgh where we visited. There are many restaurants along the road nearby. You need to pay for a parking about $22 per day. The parking is just right across with the hotel.
The room is decent. There is small kitchenette in the room if anyone wants to cook an easy meal. . I hope the room will be cleaner. The pillow is too soft and thin. It makes our sleeping uncomfortably.

Location was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Service was better than good. Strange layout for a hotel. I was quoted one night for $112 by Trip.com and yet was billed $161. How does that work?

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway.
The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there.
I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.

The location is great, there are many restaurants around and it's close to attractions. Parking is also convenient. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel. Self-parking costs $12 for one night. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and have good facilities. Very satisfied 👍

TThiam MengWyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view.
One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or *****ped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.
Ddevin998Very very good hotel, very new and new, relying only on the PPG building, the real downtown, and the environment is very good. The rooms are tall, clean, hygienic and well-heated. The kitchen supplies are good. Will choose this hotel next time, the price is very high, I strongly recommend everyone to choose.
WWENLUThe location is particularly good. If the weather is good, I feel that I can walk to most places. I can go straight to lyft and get cheap. Pittsburgh has bad traffic. In this place, it is more worry-free to drive others than to drive. I feel that the service is very good, but the first The shortcoming of the tripartite reservation is that a lot of services can't be enjoyed. If you apply for a member directly, you will have more free services. If you go online, you only have free low-speed traffic. If you are at high speed, you can reduce 10 knives, which is 5 knives per day. Not expensive! The lobby is really good! There is a free apple at the front desk and a variety of fruit soaking water every day! The room is a bit small, the air conditioning is very good, the water pressure is also very good, the bed is very comfortable! But Ctrip is really cheap, and the US website has a tax of more than 10%!
NNixonThe staff here was amazing! I booked the studio apartment and it was not that clean, it felt like i was living in someone else’s apartment while they were away for the weekend. There were bed bugs in the studio and once i notified the front desk they were quick to move me to another apartment with updated amenities.
BBG4CJH#Praise# Satisfied with corridor sound insulation, security, location, hotel smell, room layout; the location of the hotel is good, the room is spacious.
AAixinxiaojueluoHotel rooms are consistent with the official photos. Convenient transportation, driving to downtown, University of Pittsburgh, mountaintop view, all in ten minutes, free parking, standard American breakfast, very rich, hotel front desk service is friendly. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel, the price is cheap, very convenient to buy daily necessities, food.
GGuest UserReally good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!
LLombardoI booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the center of Pittsburgh (south side of the Monongahela river). The city can be easily explored on foot from there, you can reach the downtown area in 30 minutes on foot. Only negative point is that you need to walk through rather shady area which might some people feeling unsafe with. The hotel itself is good, the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable, the bathroom though showed tiny spots of mold - nothing serious though. Breakfast was served downstairs in a nice environment. It had a big selection (eggs, bacon, sausages, sweets, bread, cream cheese, jam and yoghurts as well as oatmeal) and was very tasty - which we enjoyed.
The coffee machine inside the room was really crappy, I pressed the button for inserting the coffee and it fell almost apart. I notified the receptionist and he told me I could always get coffee and hot water from the breakfast area which was highly appreciated.
As I stayed there on a weekend I used a public parking lot - for free - in the direct vicinity and did not pay for the rather expensive hotel parking.
GgzvvloveThe public area is old and dirty. The doors are still there, the floors and tables are not cleaned, except for the bed. The breakfast is just packed. No slippers or toothbrushes are provided. There is no convenience store nearby.
