Location was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Service was better than good. Strange layout for a hotel. I was quoted one night for $112 by Trip.com and yet was billed $161. How does that work?

The room was clean and had great amenities. The furnishings were modern and the lobby provided a unique vibe. All in all this place was wonderful.

I booked for a bedroom with city view… but this hotel doesn’t have such bedroom. I called to the manager to ask him why if I paid for a bedroom with city view I didn’t get it… His answer was “If the bedroom has a window to the street, that is city view” what??? Really it was disappointing. I will stay never again in this hotel.

During my recent visit to this hotel last month, I was encountered with the front desk who was rude, ******, clearly uneducated, and just a pathetic example of a human being. Not a very fun experience and will never come back to this establishment again. I have filed a formal complaint with the hotel management and also IHG group, who did resolve it in the end, but nonetheless, they should hire professionals who know what it means to be in the hospitality industry.

Great hotel and location. Had an issue with our credit card but thanks to their help we managed to solve it. Would definitely come back.

Cozy hotel… Great location.., it’s close market square. There’s a Burlington and a CVS around (two blocks away). Good breakfast as well.

Clean, big room, convenient for traveling. It is convenient to park directly opposite, but hotel parking is expensive. Breakfast is good, not buffet

The room was big, the coffee machine was broken, and the plug was broken. I refused to make a purchase order. I told them to go to a platform. I took the deposit and consumed an egg (very funny). I should have placed an order. (There were no eggs in the morning. I ordered the order. They said there was a charge but didn't, and later they charged more than 2 US dollars). It's close to the station. There are many homeless people downstairs. The public security is not good. I couldn't find a parking space. In order to check in, I parked in the parking lot opposite for more than ten minutes. They charged 22 US dollars, and after driving out, they charged another 29 US dollars for the night. It was a bad experience.

The room was very spacious and even had some fitness equipment. There was also an ironing board and iron so you could tidy your clothes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and hygienic, the room is relatively large and the location is very good. I happened to meet an intern who was overcharged. When he came back, Ctrip asked for a refund.

The hotel itself is good, the location is in the city center, it is very convenient to walk around and eat. Parking can be parked in the parking lot across the road, but the hotel charges $30 for one day overnight. The parking lot is priced at $28 overnight, but I was only charged $12 when I left on the second day. It is recommended that you settle directly with the parking lot. In addition, when booking a room, it was said that breakfast was included, but the final order generated did not include breakfast. I hope that Ctrip can be consistent in this regard.

The bathroom sewer is blocked, and there is no shower gel

The staff was amazingly helpful. They clearly value their customers and made it very clear they want us to want to come back. And I do. I will look for IHG properties in the future. One thing I will not do in the future however is use *******. While the IHG staff let me check out a day early with no charge, a week on I still cannot get someone from ******* on the phone or in chat to even talk about not charging me for the last night. Never again *******.
