最差的酒店！ 因爲是我女兒先check in, 就欺負她年輕人，給了她整個hotel 大概最差那個房間，窗戶對一面醜陋的鋪滿水管的墻。 我凌晨才到，就沒有想去計較。 結果發現洗手的Shower 一直漏水，只好用毛巾舖地上，不然會被滑倒。 第二天我們就出去了，以爲一定會有服務員清潔房間。 和前臺也説了漏水需要處理。 晚上回到房間，傻眼，房間依舊如此，完全沒清潔也沒人處理漏水。 因爲又是深夜，知道説了也沒用，就沒有找前臺。 然後，發覺毛巾架也掉下來了！ 第三天一早，就跑去和前臺說這幾個問題，以爲這麽清楚説了，應該可以了吧，晚上回來又沒有處理。 真的火大，就打去前臺要乾净的毛巾，終於來了一位白人經理 （ 不是我歧視，整家酒店就是一群愛理不理的黑人staff）， 我立即投訴，結果只有他好人，立即說不要住這個房間了，給我們升等去州長套房！ 套房不錯，雖然是最後一晚，總算有點補償。 看得出，那個白人經理也是超生氣！
總之，不要去住這家酒店！！！！！！！！！！！不要受他們的氣！ 可憐的經理，真的是他自己來幫我們清理，然後搬房間。

Not recommended. No service at all. It's noisy at night facing the bar. The waiter didn't change it. Very bad experience
