We stayed in the beachfront villa. The accommodation is beautiful. The pool the beach the location is amazing ! BUT…
But, the service is beyond slow for everything. Ridiculously slow.
I believe we got food poisoning on the last night or a very bad infection.
The restaurant food was good, but expensive and again the service was slow. And the hotel was very quiet!!!!!
After spending $5k on a weekend getaway I would have hoped for a greater level of service

This resort is truly first class. The pool area has great different areas from a shallow area for kids to play, to the infinity edge out to the ocean, and more private areas for adults. The service is truly what set this place apart for us, it's truly top notch. Every person working there asked if they could assist us with anything, was always gracious and welcoming, and we truly felt like each staff member enjoyed being there. The beach was clean, and the rooms were spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower is nicely sized.

Chef Ovidio and his team made my stay memorable. On receiving my breakfast request (no gluten, dairy…) Chef visited my table to understand my needs… He prepared safe, tasty and delicious breakfast meal every morning. Thx 4 making me ❤️ !

My first time in Belize and Itz’Ana did not disappoint! From their help with booking the domestic flights to the shuttle service to the food (please send me all the fry jacks) the staff and property were absolutely incredible. I will absolutely be going back. Shout out to Dwight, Evelyn, Kimberly & Fry Jack the cat.

Let me state that our room was upgraded to a loft accommodation that not all the members of the tour received. that being said, the room was spectacular. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. Two sleeping areas, a full kitchen (but who cooks?), laundry machines, and an upper deck with a plunge pool overlooking the beach and ocean beyond. Beautiful I left "vaule" open because I do not know the expense of the room.

Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en mis viajes. El hotel es super bonito y el lugar donde esta no puede ser más paradisiaco. Me gustaría destacar las atenciones de todo el personal y sobre todo de Jaime, uno de los managers. Se ve que es un gran profesional y sabe hacer sentir muy bien a los huéspedes. Un auténtico gentleman. Gracias por todo. Sin lugar a dudas un paraíso para regresar.

This is an amazing resort, the infinity pool over looking the beach is incredible. The staff was pleasant and cordial. Each person constantly asking to assist you with an needs to make your stay more enjoyable. Freddie the poilside bartender and the other gentlemen chopping coconuts poolside...awesome.
