The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, helpful and hospitable. There were some questions about amenities and he took care of things qickly and politely. The suite felt roomy. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We stayed for one night.

Our room was disgusting. The shower and tub didn't drain (we called twice to have them unclog it but they didn't) there was dirt all over the walls in the bathroom, or mold. The beds had someone else's hair in it. There was small bits of trash on the floor and my daughter whose crawling kept finding them and trying to eat them.

I’ve always had a good experience at the Homewood suites. My first time here. Hotel was overbooked, an issue with IT allowing people to book when rooms were sold out. The staff worked hard to still find me a room. I had to wait but they helped me.

So I checked in and had an issue checking in the lady that helped me was great. Very unsatisfied with the room, I checked in around 730 8pm I was so unsatisfied that by 130am I got my belongings and placed my door key on the desk and just left. I’ve stayed at homewood suites several time and they have been great. My experience with this one was so bad that I will NEVER spend another dollar getting a room here again.

The hotel in need for serious updates. You can tell that they are doing batch work till they update the whole thing. You can see dirt in the corners. Many mechanical issues with the bathroom

First room was awful. View of a support balcony with 2 air conditioners. Seriously for what I paid!! Then checked the mattress under the sheets, was dirty or had big fras. Tiny black specks all over.
Requested a different room. 2nd room had been sprayed with something to cover up a smell perhaps. Was very strong smell.
Old. Carpet looked nasty. Ceiling in bathroom above door had marks like bugs left perhaps.. black spots . Hook on bathroom door was broke, loose.
Bedding was nice. Room size was nice.
Overall very disappointing. Will never return.

The location was an easy on and off from I70 - Location was quiet and the facilities were very clean. No issues at all with this stay
