Razis Apartments

We arrived late at night and we were quickly shown to our apartment, which looked lovely. It was just up a small flight of steps from the pool /bar area which also looked nice. We've stayed in Tsilivi before and totally loved it here, we were right up in the hills last time and had wanted to be closer to the restaurants and bars this time. The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to Paradise bar but yet very quiet at the hotel. The staff bought Gluten free bread and biscuits and Soya milk specially for me for breakfast after we'd emailed ahead to ask about special dietary requirements. We also had lunch there once or twice which was fabulous 👌 The negatives were - Beds were unfortunately uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms and tried both but they were no better. Water pressure in the bathroom was really poor. The fridge wasn't cold at all. Although the freezer part worked so we used that, for short periods to cool beers and water. And I'm being picky here but there needs to be a full length mirror in the bedroom or somewhere. The bathroom mirror was the biggest one. The other two were tiny round mirrors above the dressing tables at a height that you have to stand up to see into. So you need to stand up and dry your hair. There was an issue with the shower, due to limescale, apparently it Furs up, so they need to clean it out every week. We had to have it done twice during our stay, but you have to ask for it. It affects the water temperature as well as pressure. However anytime we had an issue the staff were there immediately to rectify. The pool area was clean, I just thought the beds were really crammed in and one day I ended up with someone next to me who if I moved I would touch, not for me really. However all in all we had a great holiday and we will come back to the area again as we love it 😀

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff team. We were always greeted with a smile. The rooms are cleaned everyday, by to young ladies who work very hard. The pool area is clean and there are enough sunbeds to go round. Food from breakfast to the snack bar during the day is wholesome and tasty. Thank you Antreas Melina, Anthi and Yainnis... we will be back.

Lovely friendly staff, ever ware very clean, all ways made us feel very welcome , nothing to much trouble, , so central to all restraints shops, sort walk to the beach. Would recommend a visit if looking for somewhere to stay, when looking for your next holiday

We booked the basic studio for a week in october we had not stayed here since 1997 even then we loved it and now its even better the pool and bar are excellent anthi will serve you great food drinks in the day the staff here are so helpful and are great people to talk to thank you to everyone at razis

We are on the last night of an 11 day break staying here at Razis and it has been amazing. From checking in, the staff have been friendly, attentive and absolutely lovely. Came for a quiet break away and to unwind and that’s exactly what we got! The hotel itself is lovely, we had a double room above the bar overlooking the pool which had everything we needed. Little kitchenette with toaster, kettle, sink and fridge, it also had a hotplate which never got used as the restaurants around were great! The bathroom was fun and functional. Room was cleaned beautifully everyday with fresh sheets and towels. Once again, it was lovely, pretty much had the pool to ourselves each day (the other guests were off out and about) bar was reasonably priced and do a cracking Mythos! Huge shout out to the staff for giving us an amazing, relaxed holiday, highly recommend.

The pictures suggest that the place is a little fancier and better looking than it actually is but still a nice place to stay. Very nice and helpful people. Only minuses was the late breakfast starting at 9 and for our apartment the bathroom which was super small with the shower basically touching the toilet. No space and everything completely wet after shower. It's manageable as a couple but not nice. In with 4 people in the apartment impossible

We had an amazing stay at Razis apartments! Such lovely people, very welcoming. Apartment was everything we needed in a beautiful setting, set back from the main *****, peaceful and quiet but close to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The beautiful beach only a few minutes walk. Pool area and snack bar was fab! Such a relaxed environment, family friendly, clean and pretty and the staff and owners were very accommodating. We made a great choice out of all the accommodation in the area. Zante itself is outstanding, some great tours to see the island, the food and people are incredible so warm and generous! Greece has our hearts as so does Razis! Already planning a next trip back! Thank you Razis!!

We stayed here with family, we had a great time. The apartments are so closed to everything. The staff where very friendly and helpful, the pool area was nice and clean and kept tidy. There was a bar with snacks available, breakfast was included which was a bonus. The rooms where cleaned every day, and sheets and towels changed. I would recommend Razi apartments.
