Really enjoyed our stay for the week! The location is handy for travelling between Cavtat and Dubrovnik and is not far from the airport. We used the number 10 bus (travels from Dubrovnik to Cavtat) on a daily basis as this was a cheaper alternative to ordering taxis, the bus stop is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel- although this is uphill and can be tiring in the heat. There are two pebble beaches within walking distance and a pier where you can catch a boat taxi. There aren’t many restaurants near the hotel. The reception is manned 24/7 and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Elena checked us in and seemed really informative and helpful with our queries. There is wifi but this is only available in the reception and didn’t work very well unless we were stood outside. Hotel has a small shop where you can buy essentials, a gym, pool table and ATM. There is a poolside bar and restaurant but these only accept cash payments. Food from the restaurant was nice but basic, it was okay for a snack at lunchtime. Room was basic but very clean (cleaners visited on a daily basis), there was a small fridge (no freezer) electric hob and sink (no kettle or toaster) with free air-con. We had a great sea view from our room in the Cecilia block however there were ALOT of steps to the room and back, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have any mobility problems. Overall hotel seemed really clean, was in a great safe location with friendly staff. I would recommend staying here to others.
