Love the pool area, breakfast was amazing and we like the range of food on the menu, also yummy. Relaxing music while you are hanging around the pool as well. Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the pool and sea. Gym is pretty good as well.

Very chic hotel in a nice location. Bathroom was very nicely designed with good products. Bed was very comfortable. There are at least two big public carparks nearby you can park for free which we did for our 3 day stay. Very convenient!

1. The staff swiped the card to enter the room without knocking 2. The toiletries were not replaced the next day after they were used up 3. Someone tried to swipe the card to enter my room late at night. I called the front desk and nothing happened. Later, they knocked on my door again, but the front desk ignored it and hung up on me. 4. The soundproofing is very poor. Don't ask me how I know it 5. Is the white man at the front desk ******? His attitude is very bad and he doesn't care 6. It is recommended to stay in a hotel in the center of Girona

New hotel welcoming and helpful staff cleanliness everything is not yet ready (no trash cans or water in the fridge) but good location free parking near the sea and the city center

Excellent hotel, very good location right in the city center, and yet it's really very quiet inside. The staff is very professional and extremely kind. The hotel is brand new, the room is nicely furnished with very nice materials. The breakfast is of very good quality. I recommend this hotel which is a true 4 star.

Everything was fantastic. The hotel has a spectacular location, and it is a great success. We will surely return!

Lovely hotel and rooms although for a 4 night stay we had to request cleaning twice as no one was ever showing up. Sadly Staff ruined our experience. We were leaving on Saturday so on Friday we asked reception if they could help us organise a taxi to the airport for the following day- we were told not to worry just come down half an hour early and they will get us a taxi on the day. On Saturday at checkout we asked the man at reception to book the taxi for 14:00 and we were going for a stroll, he booked it for 16:00 so then when he confirmed I said no we need it at 14:00 ( mind you through this whole process he was huffing and puffing absolutely fuming he had to make this call ) he rang again and as there was no answer he huffed he will try again soon as he is so busy with checkouts now he has ‘no time for this’. We went for a stroll and came back at quarter to 14 to get the bags, he was having chats with other staff members and ignored us for a few minutes, then appeared we asked for us bags which were thrown at us and when I asked about the taxi HE HAD NO RECOLLECTION- then remembered and was like ‘ah there is no signal I am busy I have no time’ I asked for him to ring so he did and surprise surprise there was signal but no one was answering so he just didn’t bother again. When I asked would he mind ringing again he literally SHOUTED at us saying he is too busy it’s impossible to get a taxi on a Saturday and aggressively rang again and kept throwing the phone at me to hear the signal and how no one is answering. Then just gave up chose to ignore us and moved to another person who just arrived!!! This one the only person in the 15 minutes there so I’m not sure who he was so busy with aside from chatting with his mates. I politely waited and when he finished I asked would he mind trying again, and again in a huff tried ringing, flinging the phone at me and again in a raised voice shouting he is too busy just to go find a taxi on the street and basically he turned away!! If not for a friendly local we wouldn’t have found a taxi and missed out flight. I have never experienced such awful service. The receptionist was bald tall man honestly avoid at all costs as he was just incredibly rude.

Had a lovely stay at Silken Hotel. Beautiful hotel, and spotlessly clean throughout. Pool area was very nice and chilled. Had a ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room which the lovely front desk staff were really helpful and patient with. We eventually asked to change rooms and were moved without any fuss whatsoever. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection. 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool area was so nice we never wanted to go to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars very near by. Worth paying a bit extra for a pool view room. Would recommend this hotel in a flash. The staff are a credit to it.

Amazing location, Platja D'Aro is a fantastic town, great restaurants and facilities, the Hotel is right in the middle of it all but very quite. Highly recommend

Beautiful modern hotel, right in the centre (although you would ever know, no noise whatsoever). The pool area was lovely, well maintained and very chilled. The staff we all lovely, especially the two young men on reception (didn’t catch their names) who were really helpful when we had a problem with our air conditioning. Breakfast nice with plenty of choice. Get a room over looking the pool, well worth it. 5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the start of the Main Street that is full of shops (not touristy ones) and restaurants and bars. Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. Would recommend this hotel in a flash, great place to stay and the staff are a credit to it.

One of the best services I had in a hotel. Very understanding and helpful. Clean rooms, very good bed, clean pool, good and safe garage. Right in center at platja d'aro so if you want to go eat, shop, beach everything is really close by. We had a very nice stay!! Thank you very mutch!

Dubble check with keycard on the floors was good for safety. Need a little more hooks for hanging jackets or other stuff
