Price is fair with 2 breakfast included. Room is spacious with 3 people stay. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

not a bad choice in the area. swimming pool and the staff are good

A very good experience, receptionist was helpful on check-in, room was clean with a good view, and the breakfast buffet was fine. Starbucks coffee also served in the bar area, for drinking in or taking away.

I did not use the health centre but looked reasonably good.

Quiet, clean and efficient - would use again.

Wonderful 3 night stay with my grandson.  We were visiting family.  Even though it was over the new year celebrations, we had a good night's sleep and enjoyed the pool.   Lovely friendly staff, which was very welcoming. Even my 6 Yr old grandson commented how nice the hotel was.  Sally in the restaurant at breakfast was very welcoming, especially.  Reception was very helpful too, even when popping a missing towel, etc, up to our room personally.  

We were so pleased to find that we had been booked into an Executive Room having paid a great price for our one night stay.
The service was excellent from start to finish.
We hope to stay again, in the future as it's ten minutes from our college in West Malling.
