Everything was amazing! I travel to Plattsburgh quite frequently and this was my first time staying at this hotel and it’s safe to say I will always book my stays here from now on! Highly recommend!

The Plattsburgh BW Plus has been our property of choice in Plattsburgh for many years but the quality is declining and the price is increasing significantly. Despite being seniors, BW Plus members and having CAA, AAA, etc, we paid a very high price for a very basic room.

I didn’t receive any VIP benefit. So I’m not sure what that is about. Please explain?
The heating system was not working and kept turning off and on at all hours of the night. It would get so overly hot and then freezing cold. Took the reception forever to find my reservation too. Wouldn’t recommend. Better hotels in the area.

Great stay, hôtel personnel very courteous and inviting; food is good! with breakfast included and nearby restaurant really adjacent to hotel with affordable and delicious meals.

It was an overall enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. All of the staff were very nice. Will definitely recommend it to friends. Had one issue with bill but Erin and Matt worked to correct it. Looking forward to returning in September.

What a wonderful stay! We were looking for a one night stay and we are so glad we stayed at the Best Western Plus. We had a second floor pool room which means that we had a patio that over looked the pool. We had stairs that led to the pool from it and there was a patio table and chair set on our balcony which we enjoyed sitting at to have our coffee. The room itself was super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The shower/tub area was good and there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The breakfast area was amazing and they offered everything you could ever want. There was make your own pancakes/waffles, various breads, bagels, pastries, cooked oatmeal, yogurt machine, cold cereals, eggs, bacon, hash, various juices and milk, coffee and so much more. There are also gluten free options you can ask for. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. There isn’t anything that I can say that needs improvement or that I didn’t like. We will certainly be staying there again in the future.
