Perfect for staying a night or a few days near the attractions of Las Playa del America. The accommodation was clean, simple but functional. Be careful, wifi is chargeable and quite expensive, so buy a card with data.

A very nice place, was an amazing holiday, very clean and great staff, everything was great for me and my friends and family… thanks a lot for everything. In Tenerife south is close to everything, and good restaurants. Mamma Rosa is open again, and very close, and Papagayo Beach Club

Terrible, and what a hell hole this place was. Yes was!! Closed on the 1st May and the final week was our experience of living in a pit of an hotel. Jet2 should never taken our money and we should have been told it was the final week prior to closure. Rooms never cleaned. No towel changed and bedding. Four nights of constant arguments from drunken couple above our room. We advised reception after our first night to be told "you just sort them out" and offered me a piece of pipe with the luggage room key attached! Jet2 removed all advertising and any sign of being in the hotel on our second day there. Pool area was smelly and dirty. The hotel then started to have fixtures and fittings removed over the next few days.
