Green Garden Eco Resort & Villas

We had an amazing 10 night stay at Green Garden Eco Resort and are already planning a return visit! A family of four with 12 year old twin boys - not always easy to please but this resort exceeded all of our expectations. The whole place is immaculate - from early in the morning the cleaning and maintenance staff are hard at work making sure the areas are spotless. The cleaning staff carefully avoided us and amazed us with how well they managed to clean our room when we had just popped out for breakfast, we were every rarely ever disturbed but our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The food was fresh, varied and tasty, the salads were delicious (and so were the pastries!) - the best all inclusive we’ve stayed at. A different theme each night - oriental and Mexican night were our favourites - the boys enjoyed American night more - but we couldn’t fault any of them. There is a room the children can access throughout the day for all inclusive drinks and snacks - adults too can enjoy beer & sangria with the bar just inside the restaurant. The bar staff, waiters and waitresses were all so friendly, courteous and hardworking. Always stopping to have a quick joke with the children and making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the activities too - a big thank you to Andrea and her team for keeping us entertained on a daily basis with a game of water polo which apologetically we may have been a little too competitive with 😉! The foam party and water aerobics were great fun - there really was very little need to leave the resort. Thanks to everyone for making it a very memorable holiday for us all ☀️

The hotel, villa and pool was amazing. The entertainment was night was ok, but not fantastic. It kept the kids entertained. The food was a bit meh. It quite often didn't match the menu on the website, but was there was ok. Just not as much variety as we expected. However the resort was quiet and there were always lots of loungers and space in the pool. It got a but busier over half term, but still not too bad.

What a wonderful holiday we had. Arrived 10/08 so peak school holidays in UK. It's a smaller resort to other places we've been but this to me is a good thing. Everything was clean, the food, though not a huge selection (I loved everything on offer), was delicious and our accommodation was amazing! The staff were all so friendly. I read other reviews about some being rude with younger guests, but I did witness a pair of teens use the restaurant and give an incorrect room number, perhaps trying their luck to get lunch. I think the staff have to vigilant for this reason. You can be all inclusive or self catering/half board so the staff need to make sure the correct facilities are being used by guests. I found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful and personally never had an issues. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was incredibly spacious and well equipped. Our two children (15 and 12) stayed in a room upstairs and myself and husband had a room downstairs. We've never had such good accommodation! The beds were also so comfortable which never seems to happen when you stay away! The entertainment was good during the day and plenty to get involved with if you wanted. I never felt like I was harassed to join in with anything but could take part easily if I wanted. We all enjoyed the foam party and loved how the hotel made a lot of effort for this day. I would 100% recommend the Green Garden Eco Resort and would love to come back again. Thank you for giving my family a fantastic, relaxing holiday and memories for us to treasure x

We have recently returned from a 10 night stay at the Green Garden Eco Resort and it was a very enjoyable holiday. The communal areas, complex and accommodation are immaculately clean; the staff are pleasant and helpful and the pools are nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with private pool and it was spacious and comfortable with high quality furnishings. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of people reserving sunbeds early in the morning and not appearing for hours. Most resorts that we have stayed at over the last few years seemed to have dealt with this, but not here. However, this would not put me off staying here again. Lovely place!

This is our 2nd time at the Green Garden and it certainly did not disappoint! This hotel is one of the best resorts we've stayed in. If you want a relaxing, chilled holiday then this is the place to come. All the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to provide the best service for you. From the cleaners to the waiters to the shop assistants to the receptionists to the gardeners and to the chefs - they all are truly amazing and accommodating. Big shout out to Oscar behind the bar and Chano in the restaurant. Such lovely people who never fail to make you laugh and feel at home. The grounds were even more beautiful than last year and is absolutely blooming with beautiful plants and flowers. The resort was always clean and you can see that the staff work incredibly hard to keep the hotel looking so good. The pool area was not overcrowded and was immaculate too, although I do feel sorry for the staff who have to clean up at the end of the day after those families that think its ok to leave plastic cups and uneaten food under their sunbeds. You can see how hard the staff work to keep the place clean and tidy, its no hardship to put your own rubbish in the bin. At the start of our holiday we did not have any problem getting a sunbed for each of us. Although towards the end of our break you could see how full the hotel was getting and getting a sunbed was a little trickier. I don't understand why some people leave towels etc on sunbeds only to go out for the day. But I do have to say that the lifeguard was usually on top of this if you explained to him the problem of getting a sunbed. We had what would be classed as a 2 bedroom villa. The room was beautiful as expected and the cleaners were very thorough and cleaned every day as well. The food was great at all times of the day, even on the themed evenings, with lots of choice. Loved the chilled Fruit, Salad and dessert room. There is a kids corner which was very good too, even for fussy eaters! Entertainment was varied every evening, some were better than others and may get repetitive if staying for longer than a week. And although the entertainment finished at around 10.30pm we all felt that this was perfect for families with young children. We were all sad to leave the hotel as we all had a fantastic relaxing stay once again. Can highly recommend this hotel, it will not disappoint!

The Green garden Resort is a great hotel. Rooms great All inc very good and great staff . Lots of daily entertainment during day. On the downside the 2 large pools are the same depth 140/150 cm. As a non swimmer I was unable to use pools apart from sitting on steps. The nighttime entertainment stopped at 1030 which I feel is early. Maybe a dj or karaoke unto 1130 would help. Spent a lot on taxis going into town for later entertainment.

We stayed at a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids: 16, 8 and 6) from July 25th to August 5th in a villa with a private pool (Villa 11) and were B&B as kids have allergies and we travelled with family members with coeliac who were also staying in the resort. Firstly the villa positives: it was lovely and I much preferred the space over being in an apartment with the three kids. There are two bedrooms in the villa, the kids upstairs in a room with twin bed and the master downstairs. Negatives: This meant the oldest was in the living room on the couch pull out bed, not an issue really and she didn’t complain about the bed but it did mean we didn’t really use the living area as it was her only space. The neighbours next door had teenagers and when they would come home late at night or during the day when either their friends or one sibling had locked the other out they rang the door bell incessantly and it’s loud enough that it woke us all up. Someone stole one of my kids unicorn floats from the front door which I had only just bought for 25€ at the shop. There were also building works, banging and drilling from 8am which wasn’t great when you were tired and wanted to rest. Our master patio doors also opened onto the same side as the road at the front and I was woken a few times at 3am by people peeping horns and shouting. The resort Positives: spotless and beautiful. Food at breakfast was good and seemed pretty standard for AI. Massive positive was actually that they catered really well to all allergies and will make gluten free pizza, breads, cakes etc if you ask. Would happily have been AI if I had known this before coming. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, they were absolutely brilliant. I tried to book into the spa for me and my girls but was told they were booked solid, I heard positive things however so if you can I would give them a go. Negatives: it says no reserving sun beds but this wasn’t checked and by 8am you had no chance at a sun bed. Our pool was a life saver because of this but it’s only really a plunge pool so enough for the kids to splash but not swim around and you miss any activities/making friends. The kids club requires you to stay with your kids which is fair enough but there is no where to sit while you do this. Mines only attended once because we ended up having to leave the resort to access pools, food and entertainment but the lady was amazing and my girls enjoyed it. The night time entertainment is done on the small stage in the restaurant but mini disco is at the treehouse where the kids club is so again you can’t leave them but there is nowhere to sit or have a drink, you are just stood in the sun waiting for it to end listening to he hokey kokey This then reveals the second problem for any guest not AI, you go along to sit down and have a drink and wait for the entertainment which doesn’t start until 9:30pm and you are refused entry as the AI guests are still eating.
