We have just returned from our 2 weeks stay. We had booked appartement with sea view but on arrival we were allocted an appartement with apprerently NO sea view but concrete view of appartements in fromt and the bed room was so small that only a small single bed could fit in. In the bed was so small that I could not move left or right without disturbing the sleep of my partner and because of that I suffered lot of back pain. We complained but reception refused to provide us the room we had booked. Was a bad experience just at the beginning of our holiday for which we had paid big sum. The location is perfect for the beach, shops and restaurants and we tried to make the best we could.

Muy mala limpieza. Estaba todo bastante sucio. Especialmente el baño. No es agradable llegar con tu pareja del aeropuerto, un domingo por la tarde, y encontrarte con el vater sin limpiar. El vater tenía gotas que no eran de agua… y no solo en la tapa intermedia. El resto del apartamento parecido, bastante pegajosos los manillares de las puertas... Las sábanas si estaban limpias. Optamos por limpiar nosotros mismos; fuimos a lo que había abierto; un coviran con los precios infladisimos; comprar un sanitol (desinfectante) y hacer lo que no habían hecho ellos. Pagamos 300€ por dos noches; con buena ubicación; pero sin cuidado por el cliente.

We have just returned from a weeks stay, 3 adults. From start to finish we would highly recommend theses apartments, we had a warm welcome at check in, the duplex room is extremely spacious and had a large balcony. The location is perfect for the beach, shops and restaurants. We used the pool a couple of days and although small it was lovely and quiet and surprisingly it didn’t feel like you were on the edge of a shopping complex! The only minor negatives, the mattress was extremely hard . There are only two sunbeds on the terrace with three guests and there is no facility to have or rent a 3rd sunbed! An excellent find and we will definitely return!

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at vista sur apartments. Apartment has everything needed for a self catering holiday, spacious, spotlessly clean and central for restaurants, bars and entertainment. We stayed in apartment 204 with sea view, and I can honestly say the view was breathtaking. I’ve been to Tenerife on numerous occasions and would say that vista sur is the best place I’ve stayed on the island. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was a problem. I will 100% definitely book again.

It was our second time in Vistasur and it didn't disappoint again. Location perfect for bars, restaurants and Safari center, Los Cristianos is a nice 10-minute stroll down the beach for a change of scenery. My partner is a bit of a sun worshipper, so we book the 1 bed premium sea view apartment with frontal sea views which literally gets the sun from sunrise to sunset. If you're a beach person, its literally 5 meters away from apartment. Apartment is well equipped with all tableware, microwave, kettle, toastie machine, electric hob. Although we didn't do much cooking, we did have the odd cheese and onion toastie!! Shower is perfect and there are proper wall mounted A/C units in these apartments. The reason I mention this is because I have seen reviews of ceiling fans in other apartments. I always visit Tenerife once a year and this is my go-to place now. Only one negative - I take my firestick on holiday everywhere I go, although the Wi-Fi is OK for phones tablets etc, it is not strong enough for a firestick(buffering), however, not enough to lose a star.

Beautiful large apartments and was very clean. The building itself was lovely and I really liked the lighting on the stairs in the apartment, the kitchen and two bathrooms. It also had two balconies so we all had our own space. Great location as it is very close to the beach, restaurants and bars and shops, everything is on your doorstep! The staff at receptions were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Appartamento per famiglia con bambino, vista sull'oceano. Appartamenti vista sur si affacciano sulla playa de LAS vistas, luogo di turismo ma riservato e piacevole. A 15 minuti scarsi, a piedi, dal porto e attaccati alla strada ricca di negozi, parco giochi per bambini recintato, cucine di ogni nazionalità, luoghi di di spettacolo e belvedere finale...Una strada degna di Beverly Hill che non impatta con la tranquillità del luogo. Ogni giorno è prevista la pulizia dell'appartamento, molta riservatezza tra un balcone e l'altro, il mare è facilmente accessibile(basta attraversare la strada pedonale). Ottimi spazi, vista meravigliosa, appartamento spazioso che ti permette di vivere come a casa grazie anche alla presenza di cucina attrezzata di tutto punto. La spiaggia di fronte è libera e se volete ombrellone e lettini con poco più di 10 euro potete usufruirne tutto il giorno pagando all'addetto...se passa. Appartamento vista sur è all'interno di un complesso ben organizzato; supermercati, negozi di abiti, scarpe, pelletteria, gelateria, bar... insomma un paradiso. Alla reception possibilità di prenotare il taxi per l'aeroporto e viceversa. Personale gentile e disponibile. In ultimo, utilizzo esclusivo della piscina per i clienti degli appartamenti; altezza massima 1.50 MT piscina adulti, 0.26 MT altezza piscina bambini (piccola e recintata) personale di servizio attento Orario dalle 10 alle 18 con lettini e ombrellone gratis. Paradiso.
