Loyal customers who have been several times and recommended you and felt everything had massively changed in terms of service and staff. We were most disappointed on every aspect but most upset with the quality of food and dirty plates whenever we were in the dining room and staff attitude. No staff member would take on board or accept any criticism or listen to our concerns and when I passed on my concerns to management to Nuria and Jose about the quality of the cleaning in the rooms and about the dining room having many dirty cutlery items several times who kept passing the book and their staff members kept telling us to come back to guest services at certain times. Nuria the director and Jose had the opportunity to put things right and ignored several emails and conversations we had. I found this most unprofessional and since being back still have not had an answer to anything. The dining room quality and service had changed from our last visit which was only in may and the staff all looked so glum and didn't want to be there bar the entertainment team. In the dining room there were long waiting times for drinks and they were clearly so short staffed at every bar as well in the restaurant with queues at every angle and it looked like they had cut down on a lot of the food as well as outside entertainment who used to frequent the hotel. There was bed bug infestation as well which I can see has happened quite a few times which shocked me and I could see it looked awful on other loyal clients at the pool who were shocked and most uncomfortable as well as some very loud brash clientele again this was another shock as most people are usually very polite couples and families and there was even a mugging which was awful to see with security escorting people even from the poolside! On our last day a mini bus failed to turn up which was supposedly booked 48 hours earlier and we nearly missed our flight home. Again no apology was given. I don't need to say anymore but we will be never be returning and we were so shocked how downhill the service and management attitudes had gone.

Basic at best. I’ve never written a review before but felt compelled too! This is a “4 star hotel” but it’s a basic 3 star at best. Starting with the room. It’s dated, only amenities are a TV, fridge and shower. The safe use comes at a charge, as does the use of iron (3 euros per hour). There is no kettle in the room, so if you have a baby bring something to sterilise on your own. Decor wise the room could use an update: basic, beige and looking grubby. We had 3 nights where the toilet flushed non stop and no one came to fix it despite several reports. The cupboard housing the fridge door fell off and the handle wasn’t properly secure on patio door. If you’re lucky enough to have a room facing the play park, yes that’s sarcasm. You also get a view of an abandoned building which each time we walked by housed homeless people. The food is edible in the buffets, but nothing to write home about: The pool was closed for 2 days out of our 7 days stay The entertainment and staff are the saving grace of this hotel. Each fantastic. Cleaners fantastic, entertainment staff fantastic, front of house very helpful. I’ve stayed in far better 3 stars elsewhere in tenerife and sadly won’t spend the money I spent to stay, here again. We won’t be back.

Hotel for the party, so noise all day to the midnight! Stuff is unfriendly and only doing minimimun, nothing more. Not for the family if you want to get to bed early at the pool side. Never again, never again never again, never again, never again.

Be very wary upon checking in we were told to do everything via the app including WiFi we were told that card details may be required however no payment will be taken as soon as we put details in a sum of money was scammed from our account resulting in us having to cancel cards on the very first day so be very careful also upon checking out were told that we owed a bar bill which was quite funny as we were using the up bar not any other bar some of the dining room staff think the name was Roberta could do with going to customer relations school as was very abrupt on our last day

Family get away just after Christmas. Have been before and had a lovely time but this time the fun bar was more like a zoo. Children being allowed to run around jumping over furniture whilst evening adult entertainment was on. Have children ourselves so no the drill but after kids club children are usually asked to return to their parents table to watch any bands etc. In this hotel you have dozens of very small children literally running around screaming making it impossible to have an enjoyable evening. Dreading going back in there to watch any entertainment and accidents waiting to happen. I know they shouldn’t have to but management really should encourage children back to their parents tables after kids club to clear the dance floor and allow everyone to have a good time.

Had 6 nights here hoping for a bit of winter sun before heading back to the UK for Xmas, we got 5 lovely days of sunshine ☀️ The hotel we found was good value for money, we were All Inclusive and the Drinks were great 👍🏻 All Branded Spirits including Grey Goose, Gordon’s Jack Daniel’s etc, they even had bottles of Strongbow which is great if you like cider. On check in we were greeted by Ana who was very friendly and helpful, she informed us that we’d had a room upgrade to a superior room, this meant we had a room on the very end which had a huge balcony with a Double Sunbed, table and chairs and also a shower 🚿, we had the sun all day long. The hotel was clean, the food was good, always something to eat, the breakfast offerings were vast and fresh eggs and omelette were available. A mention for Marlon the grill chef, he was polite and always smiling. The restaurant staff were great, Lili was always smiling and friendly. The bar staff worked hard and table service in the evening was excellent I’d recommend to family and friends and I’d definitely return here.
