Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located.
Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note.
We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us.
It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week.
The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot.
We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

After reading the reviews for this hotel I was honestly dreading going but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is actually really nice, the meat is cooked which when we have stayed in 4* hotels before has been awful, so for us this was a hit. Gabrielle is brilliant, he is very friendly and anything you ask him is not a problem. If you asked for a specific song to be played on the music system he changed it for you. Yes there is a smell of **** and it can be noisy but the atmosphere in this hotel was brilliant. I travelled with my mam and sister and met some lovely people. We never felt unsafe once in the hotel. The drinks were not the best but for a 3 star hotel were adequate. Yes you have to pay for wifi but this wasn't a huge problem for us. Yes air con would have been nice but we did not let this ruin our holiday. The music around the pool during the day and the activities were a huge success. We got clean towels 3 times in the week we stayed but the room was not cleaned so this was a bit of a let down but we managed. Honestly for the price we paid we can't grumble and would actually go back.

me he ido del hotel bastante contenta y venía con dudas debido a las reseñas en mi opinión la gente exagera …personal de recepción amable chico de animación muy atento y nos ha divertido muchísimo …habitaciones limpias…comida bien en relación a lo que pagas !! en fin muy recomendable!

Let me start with the only positive, the reception staff are lovely. That’s where it ends if you wanna hear renditions of Adele Oasis and karma chameleon at 5 in the morning perfect, while we were there the police turned up and arrest a young couple, a man walking round the hotel with a tag, pool dirty and packed, no sun loungers, beds and pillows hard room only cleaned once in the week we were there, kitchen was ridiculous bathroom mouldy, I’ve stayed in many 3 star place but wouldn’t give this place a rating at all. We literally used it as a base out first thing back to shower and out again. Really wanted to give the negative review the benefit of the doubt but it’s all true. STAY AWAY is the only advice I can give.

Booked last minute without reading reviews. Big mistake! Dreadful place. filthy, noisy and unhelpful staff. If you ask for anything at reception you get told ‘no,hotel full’. Cleaners respond well to tips otherwise bring your own cleaning stuff! Sun loungers a disgrace. Def not for kids!! Noise right through the night with partygoers. Be prepared for constant smell of ****. Did not try food due to poor cleanliness visible throughout hotel. We made the most of it as only the 2 of us however will def not be back and would def not recommend!!

Budget hotel, get what you pay for but the entertainment was great! Activities everyday and Gabrielle was amazing with everything getting people up for karaoke, water polo, basketball and even archery. Get this man a medal! ❤️ Broke the ice with everyone every day ❄️

Firstly Gabriel AMAZING he makes the hotel keeps you all entertained throughout the day & night A**** Now hotel is basic rooms but no air con 😭 no WiFi unless u pay (didn’t bother me ) we was all inclusive NEVER AGAIN food was mainly hot dogs / pizzas / burgers and snacks was ham or cheese buttys / hot dogs and biscuits that’s all. Should of just asked for my money back for that.. Would I stay again ?? Yes it’s right in Center I didn’t mind the noise as I can sleep through anything so if you don’t mind noise day and night this hotels for u, it’s defo for the younger crowd though be warned but over all our stay was ok x
