The breakfast was great, the staff were great, the location was great, then they charged me €88 for laundry, around 4 times what it should've been. So by all means stay there, just don't ask them to do your laundry, might as well get mugged.

Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel pour son design, sa propreté, ses équipements et surtout l’amabilité de tout le personnel.

We had a premium room with ‘garden’ and that was an excellent choice. Personal was very friendly. Breakfast was gold not great. We had half board. The dinner was a la cart. There was less choice and the quality of the food/cooking was not very good. The nice names on the menu did not cover the load. It's all too cheap.

The images we based our booking on, simply does not match the reality! It’s a much smaller pool area than expected. This is predominantly a German tourist area and as such we felt like the odd ones out. The whole resort is totally tailored for German holiday makers which unfortunately is not mentioned in any of the hotel information. As far as the staff, room and food at the hotel was concerned, we couldn’t fault anything. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not return to this area in the future.

Losjesweg één van de prachtige hotels van Mallorca. Pilare en het team weten ons jaarlijks steeds enorm te verwennen. Rustig gelegen ook al ben je dicht bij de drukte op een paar minuten wandelen. Paradijs service rust met steeds mooi verzorgde kamers met luxe . Jammer dat we zo weinig tijd hebben maar dit gaat een jaarlijkse traditie worden. De Spa is ook in orde met vriendelijke mensen. Hier wordt moeite gedaan om hun sterren te verdienen. Ontbijt is heerlijk en Pilare spreekt Nederlands Duits Engels en Spaans . Top service bedankt

We stayed here in June 2024, we would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are amazing, the location is away from the busy street so it's quiet! Everything is so clean with a very relaxing atmosphere!! The pool area is lovely with a bar which serves cocktails/mocktails!! The staff arranged a special treat for us on our last night for our engagement!! We were very grateful for our relaxing stay at Hotel Paradiso Garden!! Sophie from Ireland
