Good hotel for solo travel, party people and families (depending on what time you go). Most of the people who go to this resort are German tourists, and have several German beer bars in close proximity. The hotel was clean, modern and spacious.

We stayed here for 2 days and everything was perfect. The room and washroom was very clean and the hotel is at very prime location. The breakfast was very well managed with lots of options. Very helping and polite staff.

Overall good experience

I was cheated for €100. when I moved in, I paid 100€ for the deposit, I have already exhausted myself, but the money has not been returned to me yet.

Check-in is very slow, it takes more than 10 minutes, there is a long queue, the efficiency needs to be improved. The price-performance ratio is very high. The location is also very good. The breakfast is very rich. It is really good. I recommend it to all friends.

Sauer, friendly staff, top location - Bierkönig opposite. 100 meters to the sandy beach.

Everything worked out for me. Room was clean. Noisy at night as it was right across from the Bierkönig. TV didn't work. Tea/coffee was available in the room with a kettle.

The hotel room is all you need for a friend tour. The rooms are clean and pretty small. The bed does look like a hospital, but I think it is practical to change the complete bed. The breakfast is excellent. The coffee tastes terrible. There is room for improvement.

Hotel was on the busiest street in Palma which was almost exclusively German. Extremely load but could not hear the racket from our room at the back.

The hotel is in a very good location if you regularly visit the ceremonial venues on long days. However, the service was poor from the start. When entering the reception, it took some time until you could step out, despite the staff at the counter. The check in was a complete disaster. You should plan at least an hour from searching for the travel confirmation (despite having a reservation number) to issuing the wristband. You should also plan for a deposit of €100 per person, which was never mentioned in any email. Not to forget that it is best to have everything in cash. Because the card system doesn't seem to be sophisticated enough for the amounts that you have to pay. If you don't need cash, all you need is a credit card. In general, a high tolerance for ignorance is required among the staff throughout the hotel. The prize for “zero interest in people” goes to the waiter, who also likes to pick up briefly forgotten property. The room requires manual skills if someone wants to use the refrigerator or air conditioning. In the shower, water tends to gush out of all the holes. Food serves as the basis. Sparkling wine in the morning drives away all worries and worries. In conclusion, knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage. Based on years of experience in the surrounding hotels with 4 stars, 2 stars would be completely sufficient here.

Subterranean behavior of the hotel staff towards the guests. It's definitely not 4 stars. Food is only designed for the masses and drinks of all kinds have to be paid for by yourself with half board and you have to pay a high deposit.

There were nine of us (none of us were teenagers anymore!) and we wanted to go to the "epicenter." When we checked in, we had to pay a deposit of €100 per person. (This was refunded when we left, but only after a thorough inspection of the rooms.) We also paid the tax when we booked, but no one on site was interested in that. So we had to pay in cash again. Apparently it was not possible to pay for the rooms with cash or card. After discussions with the concierge (who unfortunately only spoke Spanish and hardly any English), it was eventually possible 😡 Breakfast and dinner were at most 3-star standard. The rooms at the Bierkönig were very loud. At around 4:30 a.m. it became a little more bearable. The rooms are very, very small and basic. Next time it will not be the Niagara.
