Super nice and comfortable hotel . Not far from airport, like 7 min by car , and 25 min by bus . Amazing breakfast with a lot off variety of food and beverages. Nice sea side with clean beach ,many restaurants around . For sure gonna back there )

It's pretty good. The beach is just a few steps away in front of the hotel. It's very cost-effective in the peak season. Free parking is available on the small street next to it, which is also quite convenient.

In general, well, we have been there for a weekend in winter and perhaps (and it is understandable) not everything is set for when it is cold. We were cold in the room but they quickly helped us and brought us a heater and then a blanket. One negative point is that perhaps the rooms need to be maintained better so that unwanted insects do not filter in🙄 Great staff, we arrived at 10am and we already had our room ready (since check-in is later). They invited us to have breakfast the first day, and I emphasize this point since breakfast is Brutal. For all tastes, if you are vegan or vegetarian there is a wide variety of fruits, cheeses, there are cooks to have a warm tortilla and waiters serving you all the coffee you need. It is a hotel, perhaps because of the time, for older and German people, which was not a problem at all for us. The environment was perhaps a bit desolate since almost everything was closed and to go to the center we had to take a 25-minute bus but except for that, everything was great. We spent many hours in the Spa and the truth is that it was great. They have a very cute bar and great bartenders.

Just back from this hotel. This hotel was full of Germans, we were the only English speaking couple there so everything was geared towards the Germans. There was no evening entertainment here at this hotel and all the bars on the seafront were full of rowdy football supporters. The food was not wonderful and the meat most evenings was not tender. There were not many sun beds and these were mostly all taken by 8 am although there was no one lying there. I reported this to the man at reception who was not interested and just shrugged his shoulders. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Once again, we stayed at this great hotel located right on the beach. We just feel like home there. Staff is extraordinary, breakfast is excellent and rooms so comfortable, with very nice terrace with views. Pool area is perfect, with free sunbeds

Rated four stars but that's honestly one star too many. + Location is good + Room was clean + Sauna/pool area was fine - Breakfast was ok - but the breakfast room was super crowded and staff (accordingly) super stressed. - Claustrophobic sized elevators - Really poor isolation between rooms/doors - Woke up from supplier picking up empty beer barrels at 7:15 in the morning. Very loud. - Tried to relax on the balcony one day but staff members stand below it and smoke. One staff member was in a really heated call for 10+ minutes, screaming at someone. Nice... - The sauna is officially open until 20 but is turned off at 19 (to save money?) - One of our bathrobes was - mind you washed - but full of stains. - Asked to exchange our bath towels one afternoon since they were super wet (used the sauna multiple times) and had to "convince" the seemingly irked staff since it was "against the normal process". Seriously? - Asked to exchange our bath robes since they were super wet (used the sauna multiple times) but they were out of robes. Were asked to come back 24 hours later... - Small holes in the bed linen - No chrome cast attached to the small TV. Sorry to say but really not a 4-star hotel, not sure how it has earned such a relatively high rating and so many overall positive reviews...

Hotel is the fabulous great helpful and friendly staff Excellent choice of meals and in a great area. Very handy bus service close by busses running every 15 minutes and only 15 minutes away from the airport I’m sure we will return in the future…

We had a wonderful stay at the Grupotel Acapulco the service/staff are excellent .. friendly, helpful & very profesional. We had a side facing room with partial sea view & lovely balcony The food was delicious with so much choice. We look forward to a return visit as soon as possible. The only negatives were .. the room was rather small for a superior grade room & the hotel don't supply quality bathroom products ( shampoo conditioner etc) But everything else was perfect for us.

Very pleasant and beautiful. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a good location, with everything you want nearby. We had the room with a side view of the sea....superb. We will be back for sure...even in this summer.

Breathe of fresh airtime hotel staff are very helpful and polite . I would greatly recommend even when traveling alone I didn’t feel lonely cause the environment is beautiful and easily accessible to all public transport also easy to maneuver around . Will surely visit again

A lovely hotel, fabulous, friendly, helpful and hardworking staff. Hotel facing the gorgeous beach. Food fantastic, drinks reasonably priced. Beds and even the pillows were really comfortable! About 25 minutes on the bus into the centre of Palma. Buses super regular, bus stop across the road two euros each. TV with English channels, a rarity! The only gripe. The hotel was busy, the surrounding areas very quiet with a few smattering of bars open but again quiet. So, we were looking forward to the evening entertainment which was the worst I have ever seen, really really bad, I'm sorry. One night they had a DJ on who was literally silent. He didn't engage with the audience at all. He just stood with all his equipment, headphones on, playing CDs. Another night was a man playing electric violin! Enough said! They had a young woman singing another night and she was the best. It didn't help that there were only ever about 15 people in the audience so there was no atmosphere at all. So if you want somewhere that has decent evening entertainment where not everybody is in bed by 10.30pm this probably isn't the place for you. However if you want a nice hotel, good food and lovely staff then go here. I would definitely go again.

Great hotel with a lovely warm welcome, fabulous food and friendly efficient staff. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean with a side view of the sea and the location was super convenient. It’s very close to the beach and there used to be free parking close by if you have a car. I’d definitely go back again!
