Everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean and exactly like the photos. The breakfast was really perfect and offered a variety of options. Different pools with different views as well as the sauna and spa area make for a wonderful experience.

There is a different food theme every night, and the dinner is delicious every night! The breakfast is also rich. The hotel has bicycles for rent, which is very convenient to ride to the beach. The white guy at the front desk said that there were no rooms left, as if to say that you are Chinese and you are stupid and have a lot of money, so it's a bargain for you to stay here. The swimming pool is just for decoration, and you can't use it at 7 o'clock...

very nice pools with a total of 5, hv live music in the evening. The tourist guy tell us that this is the most popular hotel in summer for Palma. I would defly stay here again in summer.
