It was great!!

Very beautiful hotel. In very great area and location. Can walk everywhere.

Housekeeping takes so long. There were 3 of us checked in, but they only replenish 2 towels and water daily. The 3rd person also paid so it would have been nice to get fresh towels and water for three people equally.

Alright ! Large room and very Good mattress and very large bed, excellent location, large new grocery store and restaurant directly below the hotel

Top management!!! Very friendly staff. Everything new and modern with a great pool. Good breakfast. Location advantageous, with supermarket in the house (top & cheap food from the grill on site).

All was very good. The staff is very friendly, they were always very attentive to help us. The hotel is beautiful. The best experience for my dog. They sent him a bed and some games for his stay.

The location is great, you can walk to many restaurants. It feels like the newest and better hotel in Playa.

The location is very good. The newly opened hotel has a supermarket downstairs. The swimming pool on the roof has a great view

It is clean and comfortable hotel just a block from the 5th ave. Breakfast was not good and shower is cold, otherwise everything was good.

A nice hotel loaded with all the essentials for someone that enjoys vacationing at the beach, go to a nice restaurants but also maintain their fitness. This place is next to a running track, which is virtually open all the time. The hotel also has an essential gym and two outdoor pools at the roof. Staying at this hotel to me was like staying at an Olympic Village. The entire staff was very friendly. Its located above of a supermarket that offers great cooked meals. Very convenient too! Our ion had no balcony, but I guess they have balcony options. They offer breakfast that can be purchased at additional cost if you don’t have a meal plan. We will return to this hotel on our next visit to playa.

New property conveniently located near 5th Avenue, with plenty of food and nightlife options. Staff was professional but I had to wait about an hour for my hotel room to be ready at check it. There’s also some construction going on next door — that might go on for another year. Note that the hotel and lobby are on the second floor — above the grocery store — so you’ll have to take an escalator or elevator to reach the lobby.

Room was clean and quiet. Couldn’t figure out how to work the mini fridge. The 2 roof top infinity pools were very large and excellent. Parking was easy although signage was not good. There’s even a big supermarket on the main floor
