It’s a great location near the ferry. It can be noisy at night but not horrible. The air conditioner initially didn’t work and the bedspread wasn’t clean but when I called the front desk they immediately took action and fixed it.

Very close to beach, ADO bus station and Cozumel ferry. Swimming pool more like a bath tub. Older property, but well maintained. Spacious room. No elevator.

The only good thing is the location, the staff's attention is terrible, they could not make their payment due to poor communication with the agencies they work with since they did not have confirmation of the reservation and my Trip had already sent me the confirmation and once the charge was made, they asked me for a guarantee of a thousand pesos that they later did not want to return to me despite showing that the confirmation and payment had already been made, I had never had a problem with Trip. Apparently the problem was with the hotel with who knows what agency, meanwhile they gave me a bad time. I would not return and do not recommend it due to its lack of professionalism.

Um... first of all, it's noisy at night. There's no wifi in the room. The location is good.

The price is affordable and very friendly. I highly recommend it. I forgot to close the safe door and came out, but nothing was stolen.

The staff members are friendly and helpful! The room was big and comfortable place to stay. The AC helped us to recover after getting sun burn. The location is convenient. Easy to get to any places you want. Free beach towels are available everyday.

They are well located but have no parking and have not made arrangements for any nearby parking lots. Any parking nearby is always full so there are no nearby alternatives.

The hotel was perfectly adequate for a short stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, no issues with hot water or the heat pump. And the location is great. Surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to 5th Ave. Only a couple of negatives. It would be great to have a bar fridge to keep a few drinks or breakfast items. And the Internet is very wonky. Get booted frequently.

Well located for fifth ave and the beach. ADO is nearby. Only complaint is spotty wifi and no fridge in the room. Staff is friendly and some speak English very well. Bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water.

Updated since last stay. 1block to Aldo Bus Station. Next to 5th Av. Shops and restaurants. Beach 5 minute walk. 10 minutes to Cozumel ferry. Very good ,reasonable stopover on way to Riviera Maya or Cozumel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, good location, close to beach yet not next to loud clubs like alot of places. Beautiful old building, hence the name hacienda ;)

Hacienda del caribe has a nice location, very close to la Quinta Avenida and all the restaurants. You get what you pay for it is a very modest hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and our internet didn’t work at all. If you have a limited budget this hotel is a good option.
