I would never come back to this hotel. The services supposed to be included are not available even if I have paid for.
The noise is incredibly in corridors and is coming from everywhere.
The staff is not at all nice and the facilities are extremely poor. The toilet stinks terribly and windows are broken. I don't feel safe in this hotel at all. Actually, I am changing tomorrow to pursue my stay in Playa del Carmen.

Definitivamente no regresaría a este hotel. El personal no es nada amable, reserve desde el 9 de enero para para vacacionar del 23 al 30 de marzo. Llegamos y nos mandaron a otro edificio argumentando que por el tipo de habitación que reserve me mandaron para el otro edificio que queda cruzando la calle, el botones super grosero nunca ofreció ayudarnos con el equipaje y el nos dijo que donde yo había reservado no había habitación triple, hicimos el reclamo y nos cambiaron a dónde yo había reservado originalmente. Son 145 habitaciones y 2 días cerraron las albercas que porque la estaban limpiando y nos mandaron a otra albercas que están cruzando la calle. Las albercas super chicas entran máximo 10 personas y son 145 habitaciones. Llegaron un día a tocarnos la puerta para la limpieza a las 7am. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad.muy mala experiencia

Muy buen hotel pero las instalaciones en las habitaciones no son nuevas y el colchón y almohadas son viejas. El restaurant la ceiba es pequeño pero muy buen desayuno comida y cena , aunque no hay mucha variedad en el buffet la comida está de buen sabor y lo que nadie dice al pagar todo incluido también las bebidas están incluidas solo que hay que llevar un termo porque el restaurant está enfrente del hotel y es donde está la barra. Recomiendo las habitaciones de l parte trasera del hotel más amplias y cómodas , camas nuevas y mejor instalación. El hotel está en excelente ubicación a pasos de la quinta avenida y puedes caminar en ella sin salirte del cuadrante a una cuadra de la playa.

He visitado el hotel 3 veces (2016, 2018 y 2024) y cada vez está más descuidado. Pero se lucieron en esta ocasión. Los aires no funcionaban, el olor a drenaje que sale del baño y regadera es excesivo. Las sábanas y toallas del cuerpo amarillas y viejas.
