The all inclusive service is very good, however the buffet doesn’t have many options to choose from and the poolside bar only serves cocktails with less than 1% of alcohol in them.

The hotel is an older hotel. The location is great for access to the beach and walk around 5th Ave. The bartenders and the travel shop/scuba shop were great the hotel maintenance and front desk staff were not the best. We did have issues with our rooms and they were fixed eventually except the king room
that we booked was not available and we had to share a double bed. Iit’s an older hotel with musty smells and stuck drawers. The pool closed early on a Saturday night (8pm) but the mariachi/karaoke can play until 11pm and the noise will carry into the room. The kelp on the beach is filled with sand fleas and we came home with over 100 sand flea bites between the 5 of us. The buffet was ok but not worth $45 per day per person.

Great stuff, fun activities, beautiful day at pool, Boris is a great guy, always joking around, my personal experience was really great, i had so much fun, everyday was chill, Al the people here are very kind and very helpful for every situation. I know for sure that I’ll be back. THIS IS THE PLACE! Kenia and Miriam are very nice and they are the girl who lead every activity.

Do not come to this resort, we had so many problems here and hardly any fixed. The food is dry and cold, the door to our room didn’t lock, the key pad died so we couldn’t get into our room, some of the bartenders and staff are very rude, our bed frame was snapped and the legs were on the floor, when I went to unplug my straightener the entire outlet ripped out, our tv was shattered in one area, the toilet seat doesn’t stay up, we went down for dinner early to be the first ones there and the food was already cold, there are very limited options for food and half of it looks and is disgusting, you have to go up and ask the waiters for water during meals, do not stay here!!!

The service was great and all the staff was very friendly and all the rooms were clean and well kept. This is my first inclusive resort and it definitely didn't disappoint so I will be recommending it to my family and friends in the future. I also really like the pool and easy access to the beach!

-The pool and beach facilities were excellent. The entertainment team, including Borris, Myriam, Katrina, and Edgar, provided exceptional service and organized enjoyable activities in the pool and captivating shows in the evenings. Thank you guys u r the best! The restaurant, housekeeping, and bar staff were consistently friendly and efficient in their service. The guest rooms were well-maintained, clean, and offered a pleasant view of the ocean from the balcony. The hotel's location is highly convenient, within walking distance of the city center. One area for improvement lies in the cleanliness of the hot tubs. Additionally, the sales staff responsible for promoting tours, memberships, and spa services exhibited excessive persistence in their sales efforts, they would follow u around the resort which may be perceived as intrusive by guests.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the resort, thanks to the incredible efforts of Boris and his amazing animation team! Every day was filled with fun and excitement, from the hilarious activities to the thrilling competitions in the pool. Boris and his crew brought so much energy and enthusiasm, making each moment memorable and enjoyable for all ages. Their creativity and dedication truly made our stay special. Thank you, Boris, and the entire animation team, for the unforgettable experiences and the laughter-filled days. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. We enjoyed the pool area and the beach. The staff were great and it was easy to get dinner reservations. If you were early enough you could get seats in the cabanas which provided shade during the hottest part of the day. We would love to return!
