This AWESOME hotel is so much better than 4 stars! The love of my life and I were greeted by the most wonderful check in host! Her name is Lupita! She was so sweet and kind and made checkin the most pleasant ever! Words alone cannot even describe our room! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were looking for a beachfront property with also a nice pool and the rooftop pool and restaurant here also deserves 6 stars! If you are a couple you are wasting your time by staying anywhere else but here in Playa Del Carmen!

No me hospedé en el hotel pero estuve en la parte de la alberca por un convenio que tienen con el hotel donde sí me hospedé. La alberca está en el roof y tiene una vista espectacular. Creo que lo único que le falta y urgentemente son sombrillas, ya que las personas que no se asolean no pueden estar bajo sombre en algún camastro, fuera de eso el ambiente padrísimo y la atención de Camila y Yussef fue lo mejor! son super amables y nos atendieron de maravilla.

I stayed 5 nights with my family. I really don’t have any complaints. Beds were confy, hot water was available in the shower, and staff was friendly. You have the 5th ave right behind the hotel which is something that I needed. The only issue was the small refrigerator; it was not cooling.

This property is central to the downtown core area, however, it’s not as clean as the photos online. There’s no parking available so it makes it difficult to get to the hotel when the streets are closed and then you have to pay to park nearby for $250 pesos a day. The free breakfast is unclear. We got different information from two different waiters. The first day my breakfast order took 45 mins and was wrong and cold. There’s no happy hour that we saw and definitely no mezcal tasting as advertised. Also, be prepared to pay $19.99 usd per person per night for these “extra” services that are not worth it. I’m not sure we would return. The beach out front is also very tiny and not worth it.

Praktfull beliggenhet ved stranden. Hyggelig og enkelt hotell. Morsomt utformet som «cruiseskip». God, men litt begrenset frokostmeny. Veldig vennlig personale. Herlig å spise like ved havet. Fint bassengområde på taket. Likevel: Litt mye støy om natten fra nabolagets skjenkesteder.
