Fui con mi pareja y la verdad que la pasamos súper bien, solo que la atención de el personal no es tan Bueno, lo único que resaltó fue la recepcionista que si no me equivoco se llamaba listra ella es la única que estuvo al pendiente de todo. Pero al final muy bonito el hotel y buena ubicación

Excelente ubicación, centro comerciales, playa, quinta avenida, todo te queda caminando. Muy atenta y amable la señorita Lystra, buena limpieza. En general un muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.
