The hotel has a modern and pleasant image. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large. Disadvantages: The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad attitude. It happened to me on a Sunday at 8.00am. The breakfast, good fruit, but a lot of industrial and little native food abounds.

What an amazing experience we had...better than expected. we stayed here 2 weeks with two small kids and would like to give a big thank you to the management and all the staff including everyone for the great friendliness, great service and most importantly the kitchen staff for providing quality and different varieties of food on daily basis trying to please all guests. Would love to come again in future and would really recommend it especially to families with kids. God bless all the people that work here.

This was an amazing hotel for our family holiday and we would go there again! Rooms: the room we stayed in was the family room and we gave 4 people in the room. It was very spacious lots of room to move around in and store suitcases. We had a balcony as well with a table and two chairs and a drying rack. The beds were comfy and we all spelt well. The bathroom was also a good size. I would suggest your own towels though as the towels provided were small. The room had a hairdryer and mini fridge. There was a safe but this cost extra. Tv was of a good size but we only used it when we came back up to the rooms later in the night. We have fresh towels everyday and the beds were made when we had returned. Staff: most of the staff were lovely and always smiling and loved to have a joke and we got friendly with quite a few. Ana was really lovely on the pool bar and always made me smile. Cleaning staff were lovely as well and always said hello and did a really good job in the Rooms and around hotel. Pools: this hotel had 2 large pools and a splash park with a mini pool. They were always lovely and clean the big on near the stage some of the tiles were coming off and could do with repair. But didn’t affect the pool. Sun beds on the children’s side were full by 7am! And some people would help other rooms out and bring there towels down too I only seen staff put paper down on towels on one of the days to say this was not allowed. On the other side the si beds were stacked and staff would unload them at 9am and people would queue. But you can always get a subbed just no near the pool. Food: food was nice but very repetitive as with most but my son and partner enjoyed it everyday. I struggled towards the 7th day as the smells of the oils they used to cook would turn my stomach but I am very sensitive to these things and eating out every now and then would have helped. There was always loads to eat and the staff in the resultant were always clearing up after people had left to keep efficiency. There were set times as well three spots for breakfast lunch and dinner to make people traffic more smooth. There was also a snack bar that had burgers, hotdogs, salads, ice creams and fruit. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic the shows they did most nights were amazing and we really enjoyed them. There was a night were outside singers or acts where come in which weren’t as entertaining. But the staffs shows you could tell they worked really hard and it was easy to see and we really enjoyed them. There was also karaoke once night too. They also do stuff around the pools during the day as well and have a kids club. We didn’t use the kids club as my son wasn’t interested we spent loads of time in the pools and the splash park. The arcades were a big hit with my son and many euros were spent in them. The onsite shop was really good as well and had everything you could need and not very expensive either which was good but we were very close to th
