The staff are very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is definitely not the 4 stars it claims to be. The bed/matresses are not 4 star quality, no amenities in the bathroom and very poor sound proofing (could hear conversations in room next door even with all doors/windows closed).
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food selection to be very similar for the entire duration of our stay lacking variation.
Lastly, the evening entertainment will need to be improved. While this is not of great importance to us, I know that this is an important factor for many people seeking these types of accomodation/vacation.

An okay hotel but services are not amazing. Sea view rooms on the other side are good.
If you are to change your room even in the same category as per the company’s policy they will change extras.

Ha sido una experiencia estupenda. Resaltar la labor del personal, desde recepción, comedor y servicio de limpieza, siempre atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. En el bar piscina, Nathalie, Nico, la socorrista, Jesica así como las animadoras, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese más cómoda. Totalmente recomendable.

Experiencia increíble. Las instalaciones son fabulosas, así como el servicio y todo su personal. Especial mención a Nathalie, por su profesionalidad, a Jessica, siempre pendiente que todo estuviera correcto en la zona de piscina y también a Nico, por su buen hacer. En general todos los empleados del Hotel han sido muy profesionales haciendo la estancia más cómoda. Cien por cien recomendado para estancias largas o cortas o solo ir a pasar el día.

I visited this lovely hotel for a 6 night stay. The rooms are large, modern and clean. The food was lovely and there is plenty of choice. It was actually very quiet and there were plenty of sunbeds available everyday. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the dining room staff and Desi who was the bartender on the rooftop terrace. It is situated just a few minutes from the beach, which was beautifully clean. I travelled solo this trip and felt very comfortable here.

Hotel is very modern and the cleanest hotel we have stayed in , the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Andrea the entertainment girl , always smiling chatting with guests, and never walks past you without a wave and a hello, hotel needs more entertainment, and ones that also include the English guests aswell as the Spanish , overall a nice hotel , good food , just needs more entertainment.

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es el personal, han sido todos muy amables y atentos, especialmente en el comedor. Nos recomendaron rutas por la isla estupendas. El buffet variado y muy bueno. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y todo muy limpio. Un agradecimiento especial a mi tocayo Antonio.
