El hotel es lamentable y las 4 estrellas son totalmente falsas. Más que las habitaciones de un hotel parece un piso de estudiantes. Las piscinas son enanas y la cena cierra a las 9. De los peores hoteles que he estado en mi vida, 0 recomendable, PENOSO.

El hotel muy lejos de las 4 estrellas que anuncia, las piscinas enanas, el Todo Incluido no tenía nada para picar entre horas, solo bebida, el bar de la piscina está fuera del hotel, al lado de una piscina que anuncian en sus fotos y que no es del hotel. Nos cobraron por la llave de la caja fuerte una fianza por si no la devolvíamos, las habitaciones abren con llave....., nos quisieron cobrar por la WIFI y al día siguiente la chica de recepción( otra distinta a la que nos atendió al llegar ) nos la dio gratis sin pedirla porque tenemos fidelidad. El lavabo tenía el desagüe verde lo que supone un foco de infección enorme como se ve en las fotos y la máquina del aire le faltaba una tapa........ Nos sentimos engañados por las fotos que muestra el hotel que lo hace parecer lo que no es No volveremos

Hotel vicino alla spiaggia.il cibo abbastanza buono.La camera con finestra sopra il letto che non si chiudeva,x cui spifferi tutta la notte ,bronchite assicurata.Asciugamani duri e ruvidi,vecchi.Un po più di pulizia non guasterebbe,le camere poco insonorizzate.

I stopped here, when passing by, for the Dinner buffet , which is open to the general public, which I noticed when I waled past. It is E16.50 and I was impressed with the quality of food. It is not a huge variety like some places, but for the price there was more than adequate and a good choice for anyone. The staff were nice too. If you are passing by and looking for somewhere for dinner, try this place. The do the same for breakfast and lunch too, but I did not get the chance to try it.

The breakfast buffet was disappointment. The food was cold and the plates dirty. The old lady working as a cashier/waitress was highly incapable of doing her job. She was plain rude and not helpful at all. Service is not up to a 4 -star -hotel standards.

Prima volta nella mia vita che mi capita di trascorrere una vacanza da incubo .. il personale dell hotel è pessimo , maleducato e non hanno per niente cura dell ospite . Il cibo veramente di bassissima qualità ( siamo stati costretti a uscire a cena e e pranzo tutti i giorni perché avendo due bambini piccoli non erano in grado di presentare a buffet neanche una pasta al pomodoro ) . La struttura in realtà è anche carina e abbastanza pulita e soprattutto comoda per la spiaggia ma il personale ( compresa la ragazza del bar della spiaggia che ha dato del ladro a mio marito per aver preso da solo il gelato per il bambino dal frigorifero ) e veramente pessimo . La piscina non è riscaldata è neanche temperata come dicono loro. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE ALLA FAMIGLIE ITALIANE SOPRATTUTTO SE AVETE FIGLI PICCOLI DI NON SOGGIORNARE ASSOLUTAMENTE QUI . Abbiamo pagato per un hotel a 4 stelle che non ne vale manco una .

Ten hotel naprawdę nie ma minusów! Położenie - tuż przy plaży. Komfort - duże, odnowione pokoje, z widokiem na ocean, czyste, zadbane łazienki. Wyżywienie - na najwyższym poziomie - smaczne śniadania (jeśli jest taka potrzeba można zgłosić na recepcji konieczność wczesnego śniadania i jest ono wystarczające - brak tylko potraw na ciepło), dobre obiady i bardzo dobre kolacje (a w wykonaniu chińskiego kucharza - znakomite!). Obsługa - kulturalna, pomocna, uśmiechnięta - możliwość porozumienia się w wielu językach. Polecam każdemu, kto chce spędzić czas w pięknym miejscu, w idealnej lokalizacji, wśród uśmiechniętych, pomocnych ludzi. Dziękuję!

Excelente ubicación. El buffet más que suficiente; todo estaba muy bueno y en la cena además se ampliaba la oferta con la preparación de platos a la plancha y con un buffet con comida oriental también muy aprovechable. La habitación amplia y con camas muy cómodas. El personal muy atento, amable y dispuesto, tanto en recepción, como en el comedor; nos atendieron muy bien cuando extraviamos un objeto personal y para el día de llegada nos prepararon una cena fría porque llegamos un poco tarde. La limpieza diaria de la habitación más que correcta. Las piscinas algo pequeñitas, pero suficientes. Su ubicación es muy buena para acceder a la playa, como ya he comentado, pero también se ve perjudicado por el ruido de la zona comercial que hay en el acceso al arenal. Considero en un futuro repetir, estuvimos muy bien.

El hotel lleno de cucarachas! Hai un drogadicto en el bar de la entrada que molesta a los clientes y nadie le dice nada por lo que pensamos que forma parte del hotel. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El todo incluido no existe. Pa no repetir
