Not impressed 😕 We were given room 401 south view which we paid more for. Our view overlooked the upper sundeck with a fence making it impossible to leave our curtains open. After complaining to the staff they informed me that was the room you paid for and the hotel is full. No sorry nothing The room is very very basic. The hotel has no soundproofing and is really really noisy. The Headboard which is corrugated plastic roofing which hurts your head. The kitchen lacks many items such as a draining board and tin opener. The TV switches off even when your watching it. The toilet is in such a tiny space you cannot close the door whilst on the toilet. The room is next to a bottle bank which is used 24hours a day and very very noisy. They also charge you 4 euro per day for the safe which is something hotels here dud many years ago and a complete rip off. We stayed here 7 year ago when it had a cheap Ikea make over and hated it then. Nothing has changed and we still hate it. I really don't know why it's got so many good reviews.

Second visit. Just a lovely hotel managed with care. Staff all so nice. Fabulous breakfast. Husband’s birthday whilst there and got an upgrade and bottle bubbles. Chilled, comfy and friendly. A real gem of a place in a great location. Lovely weekly drinks evening with music. Thank you

Wat een fantastisch mooi hotel met super vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer met heerlijk bed, mogelijkheid om eigen kussen uit te zoeken. Modern en fris ingericht met eigen kitchenette. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met kok die ontbijt ter plekke bereid. Heerlijke plekken om te relaxen aan de zwembaden en een sauna en jacuzzi op het dak. Strand en Yumbo (shops/restaurants/bars) op loopafstand. Huur een auto om het eiland te ontdekken! Playa del ingles is niet het mooiste deel van het eiland maar wel het meest vriendelijk qua mensen.

Stunning
This hotel is spectacular. The attention to detail is wonderful. The general retro vibe is continued throughout the entire building from design and furnishings right down to the font used in it's signage. An ubercool space with a great pool and super comfortable sun loungers. The food at La Palmeira Sur restaurant at the front of the building was imaginative and possibly the best restaurant in Maspalomas. Definitely Michelin star quality and invention. Will definately be staying here on future visits.

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Not overly crowded pool area, comfortable sun beds, and a nice poolbar with good food and drinks.

An oasis of calm
Such a lovely, serene, quiet hotel, right in the centre of town, not that you’d know it. Super close to the Yumbo and the beach. Great staff, fabulous breakfast, wonderful cocktails and our room had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent service
I have to say the staff make this hotel excellent. Their service and attention to your needs is second to none. I encountered different staff, reception, cleaning, poolside, and all very attentive to your needs. My flight was 5hrs after checkout, they made arrangement to keep my luggage whilst I went to beach , and gave me a room to shower and change before heading off for my flight. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. For the price I was expecting a bit more luxury than I saw, but the service makes up for this by a long mile. I’ll recommend this place.

Supert hotell for voksne
Veldig fint Hotell for voksne-stille og rolig. Super frokost. Godt med solsenger og deilige rene bassenger. Minus med solsenger er at man holder av solsengene med håndklær tidlig om morningen og til langt utpå dagen uten at de blir brukt. Man burde kunne fjerne disse hvis de ikke er brukt innen ett klokkeslett.
