Very nice facility and room. They are updating and our room really needed the update- the mattress was comely broken down. Everything else was great and I’m sure it will all be done in a few weeks.

The stay wasn’t bad, but even though I have rewards through Marriott I will find somewhere else next time, called multiple days in a row to figure out a double charge issue and they left me on hold for over an hour once and 15 minutes the second time before I just hung up. I had to reach out to the main Marriott customer service number to finally get the issue resolved.

What a disaster. The hotel is next to the freeway and super sketchy. And I got a $150 charge for a “pet cleaning fee” when I have no pets. I am following up with them and they are basically saying that children are pets. We left it spotless! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The front staff was nice, but they can’t do anything to help you. The breakfast is decent.

I made my Reservation for the Christmas weekend TWO months in advance!
The Reservation department screwed up my reservation and had to contact me MULTIPLE TIMES to get my request for a downstairs room correct! They stated that I requested a handicapped room during multiple calls, which I did not. I just wanted a downstairs room.
I ALSO requested a room AWAY from the freeway due to the extremly loud traffic all day and very late into the morning, every day. My children have been bothered by this many times before.
When I called the morning of the reservation, as instructed by their Management, to CONFIRM that we would get a room away from the freeway, the person I spoke with ASSURED me that issue would "Not Be A Problem!"
When we arrived and checked in, we received a Handicapped room (which I had told them I DID NOT NEED Multiple Times) but...you probably already guessed it...WE WERE IN A ROOM RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREEWAY
