The feeling of this hotel is that Ctrip ordered, do not give a good location, give me the elevator side, listen to the elevator one night, the wall also feels, the feeling of micro shock is unforgettable, but can save the score The breakfast waiter was very nice, seeing that I took the child to take the initiative to make a waffle. The hotel itself is on the high-speed side, noisy, the room has spiders, both rooms have, so do not recommend comments.

My stay was great. I actually called the morning of my arrival because I wanted early check in (early check in cost applied and based on availability) because I was attending a conference at a nearby church. I was able to check in early and drop off my suitcase in my room. Also upon check in, they put my room on the quieter side of the hotel and also had a few extra foam pillows for me. I had put this note in the comments on my reservation. The room was clean. I could see the vacuum marks on the sofa (which tells me they vacuum that after every guest). The bed was super comfortable as all Hilton beds are. Shower was hot. I did not hear any noise from the freeway. I had no noise complaints. Everything was in working order. I needed a few papers printed out and I was not able to connect my laptop to the printer (company security on my laptop), Crystal (Front Office Manager) was able to print them out for me. I had a few meals at the hotel (menu pictured as of 1.21.23). Dinner: I had the chicken Cesar salad with beef barley soup, both were good.I think the chicken to salad ratio is off (probably can use adjustment to also save on food waste). Barley soup was good. The soup came with crackers. No bread came with the salad or soup. Breakfast: I had two scrambled eggs with fruit and bacon. To be honest, I think I accidentally ordered from the kids menu. 🤦🏽♀️. It was a perfect amount for me. I added avocado to my order as well. The fruit was fresh and did not look old (which was great). Parking: plenty of parking including some Electric Vehicle charging. The lots is shared with the Club next door. No issues with parking (break-ins, etc.). Overall the staff was great and ready to help. Food was good. Room was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you to the lady who checked me in and the gentlemen I spoke to over the phone. Everyone I encountered were great.

I made an appointment with a friend and booked at this hotel by chance. The room is very large and very square. It has all the necessary facilities and is very clean. The bed is very comfortable, but the bedside table is too small. The hotel will remind you to check out before 12 o'clock. I liked it overall, I ordered it again

Perfectly serviceable hotel right off the highway. Staff weee very nice and the room was very clean, even if it was a bit old.
If you’re using it as a stop in the highway it’s great, but a bit far from the city if that’s your goal. Would stay here again for sure.

Stayed here for 1 night with my wife and child. Main reason why we stayed here was due to the proximity to the premium outlets which we wanted to get to early in the morning of Black Friday! Check in was smooth, room was average. Parking is free. Overall the stay was comfortable especially for the price. Breakfast wasn't much (some muffins and cereals, pre packed) Check out was easy and off we went for black friday shopping! Hotel Room: 4 Stars (Average room size and had a bathtub) Room View: 3 Stars (You can see your car at the carpark) Service of Staff: 4 Stars (Generally helpful and easy going. The tub had some issues and they came by to resolve it quickly) Lounges/Restaurants: 3 Stars (Breakfast was not that great) Room Service: NA Location: 4 Stars (Near the Premium Outlets)

GGuest UserWe had to come to this region for a medical procedure and my young family member needs to fast for 36 hours. So to keep his mind off it we picked this hotel due to its pool and our Marriott points. Oh my gosh! That pool is PERFECT. The hot tub was perfect. After a day of unusually 107 temps it was an excellent remedy. The staff checking in was very nice too. I was upset and scared by a change to the rules that made it harder for me to use my husbands marriott card to check in without him. But the front clerk was patient and explained the new rules. It isn’t fair of marriott to make strict rules changes and not inform travelers so that the staff has to bear the anxiety of someone afraid they will have to go back out in the 107 heat until their spouse arrives. Since I was traveling with a family member preparing for a medical procedure I didn’t want him to risk weakening himself by being out in the heat. She was very kind about it but really Marriott you should think about the impact of your rules. If you have jerky people who don’t want spouses to be able to use their points (I would be happy to show my license to prove I have same address and last name and know the Marriott login because my loving husband shared it ) then give them a choice. They can say it’s okay for spouse to check in without them or say it isn’t if they have a stalker ex. I get it. But don’t penalize happy marriages because divorce happens. Simply give people an option to indicate their comfort level with letting spouse in . Thanks ! It is close to freeway and a bit of traffic noise but the kind staff and sumptuous clear pool make it worth it.

JJUNMINGThe location of the hotel is not easy to find, we have been around for a long time to find. Breakfast is Starbucks downstairs, you can order coffee, juice, burgers, etc., delicious! Not far from the hotel, the newest outlets in San Francisco are just ten minutes drive away. There are also restaurants around the hotel for easy dining. The reception desk was a black boy. It was not friendly, and the deposit was deducted. The deduction of the room rate was not in line with the amount I booked. After receiving the bank message, I specially left enough time for check-out to check with them. Billing and booking information. Finally, the deposit is refunded, and the price is the same as that at the time of booking. I still have to pay more attention to it, otherwise I will find it more troublesome after returning to China.

There is no elevator, which is the most inconvenient place to carry luggage. In addition, the room does not provide free bottled water.

GGuest UserWe stayed for two nights in a first floor room. We picked the motel as they accepted dogs ($75/night for a dog). They also charged a $150 deposit that you don't get back without a delay. We were not satisfied. We stayed in room #105. It had a bad odor from the floors, sink and bathroom. There were only enough towels for one person and only one bar of soap. There was no blanket on the bed...only a bedspread that was synthetic and too hot and a sheet. The room was obviously old and had a bad odor. The bed was comfortable but small. We requested a blanket and were given one with a large stain in the middle so we had to have another provided. There were no amenities such as you usually find in other motels. The soap provided was in dispensers on the wall in the shower (all were either empty or almost so) which made washing anywhere but in the shower difficult. They advertised morning breakfast. We found primarily cold cereal, bagels that had to be heated and not much else...certainly not what we expected. We were provided with only one roll of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get another. The front desk does not answer the phone at night as it's always busy. The alley behind our room was busy with cars and people most of the night and is the entrance and exit for a fast food place adjacent to the motel. The hallway smelled of dog urine near our door. The lobby looks nice but if the room we were in is an example of other rooms, they do not reflect what you see when you walk into the lobby. Two nights in a row, we had people throwing balls for their dogs right at our bedroom window...at midnight...causing our dog to begin barking. I'm typing this just after arriving home after our visit. I would not recommend this motel at all.

GGuest UserThere were 2 things I loved about this hotel - the lightbulbs were actually nice and bright - you did not feel like you were trying to find your way around a sleezy bar or a cave; and the temperature of the room was perfect. What I didnt like was the dirty cigarettes butts all around the doors - on this non smoking property - near but not in the ashtrays. Paying for parking - outside your room just like in a typical motel - no parking pass or identification - no special accomodations for the parking which might have justified a parking charge No amenities open at all. Check in was quick and painless - but not even a map to find your room (once you found it, it was self explanatory, but a little confusing in the beginning) or any type of information about places in the area to eat or visit - and no food on premises

Just perfect for the night stop over . We have always stayed at another chain in town and know that this is better than in everything plus it's half the price. It's worth leaving town late like today if we know we would not have to spend an arm and a leg for this first stop. Glad it's still affordable.
