The hotel is relatively modern in the United States, so just don't stay on the side of the highway. Generally speaking, it is about the same level as Atour, which is relatively new in China."

"Due to the delay of the trip, it was already 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, so I basically didn't feel the atmosphere of the hotel, just simply slept. In general, the hotel is still very clean, and the hotel is not far from the outlets, there are some shops around the hotel."

"The room is not big, it is a general motel, the bed is three people are a little small, the price is too thousand, really not cheap, no breakfast, only coffee, is closer to the San Francisco Outlets, driving about 10 minutes, but San Francisco's Outlets are much smaller than New York, and there are few brands. It is not recommended to come here specially."

"The location is better, parking is convenient, and the surrounding life is also more convenient, especially not far from the large Aotelai Shopping Center, which can be described as a shopping paradise. Wi-Fi is automatically connected, and the network speed is also OK.
There is no elevator, which is the most inconvenient place to carry luggage. In addition, the room does not provide free bottled water."

"Location is near BART, mall and restaurants. Room is spacious. Provided information were not clear, were told on email before arrival that daily cleaning service will be provided but we’ve been out on the first day and came back without cleaning done. Asked and was told rooms will be clean every other day. The room we were given got a clotted shower drainage, told the reception to fix it but nobody did anything not after 2 days of reminders. We were not offered a change of room either because the hotel was fully booked. The deposit they held on my credit card was still not released, hope it will be done soon."

"The location of the hotel is not easy to find, we have been around for a long time to find. Breakfast is Starbucks downstairs, you can order coffee, juice, burgers, etc., delicious! Not far from the hotel, the newest outlets in San Francisco are just ten minutes drive away. There are also restaurants around the hotel for easy dining. The reception desk was a black boy. It was not friendly, and the deposit was deducted. The deduction of the room rate was not in line with the amount I booked. After receiving the bank message, I specially left enough time for check-out to check with them. Billing and booking information. Finally, the deposit is refunded, and the price is the same as that at the time of booking. I still have to pay more attention to it, otherwise I will find it more troublesome after returning to China."

Great location townhouse near 580/680 in very quiet neighborhood in established neighborhood in Pleasanton near the business park and Bart. The home has 3 beds 1king 1 queen and 2 twins with 1& 1/2 bath home comes fully stocked for guest pot pans towels shampoo and everything else you can think ok. Gas range nice stainless steel appliance washer and dryer. Small back yard to enjoy Californias sun. There is also a park just steps away from our back fence. You can walk to Starbucks about 5 minute walk & some restaurants trader joes and tons more. Tons to do minutes drive like livermore outlets wineries. San fran is about 30 unless in rush hour.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
