We had an amazing 10 year anniversary stay at The Ivory Haus! Everything was just WOW, from the service to the food, to the decor and every single detail in-between. This is an absolute gem, and we will most certainly be back for more. Lots of love Mr. & Mrs. Doyle.

What a fantastic place. Thank you Tracey and team. From the minute we arrived Tracey and her team were brilliant. Our room wasn’t quite ready but our luggage was taken up and we were taken through for lunch while we waited- Tracey even came out to help us find a parking space. Our room was beautiful with a huge bed, the deepest bath ever and a loving view. We had lunch, an evening meal and breakfast and all was lovely. Beautifully view from the upstairs bar and Tracey was great with advice of place to visit and even made a phone call for us to local cento see if they were open. I would definitely reckon staying here if in the area. THANK YOU

We had a wonderful time at this property. We wondered there for breakfast and decided to spend the night with our two kids. The staff was friendly and the hotel has spectacular views and elegant rooms. The bell service was very helpful with our luggage and the food was fantastic. We will be back

Beautiful venue in the heart of Plett. The room was fantastic with a bath and shower. The personnel were very friendly and look well after us. The breakfast is excellent and the view from the hotel is perfect. I shall stay there again. The staff offer us suggestions for dinner and it was walking distance from the hotel.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte lies keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr lecker gewesen. Super schöne Aussicht aus dem Hotel Zimmer. Alles in einem total zu empfehlen.

We hadden de suite met zee uitzicht geboekt. Bij aankomst werden we warm welkom geheten door al het personeel, van de parkeerwacht van het hotel tot de receptioniste en de chefkok.De dagen dat we er verbleven voldoe ook heel persoonlijk doordat ze wisten wie we waren.
Iedere avond voor het slapen gaan lag er een verhaaltje op het bed, waren de lampjes aan gedaan en waren de gordijnen dicht gedaan.
Al met al hebben wij een hele fijne tijd gehad. Het uitzicht vanaf dit verblijf is prachtig. Je kijkt zo uit op de oceaan en met geluk spot je een walvis

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of nice hotels. Ivory Haus, it is the only hotel that I thought cared about me and the only hotel I have actively like. I cannot recommend it more highly.

We initially only booked one nights stay but upon opening the door to number 6, we knew we had to book another night.
The room had the most amazing views over the bay and the lagoon out to the mountains. The bedding was superb and the turn down service was unexpected and a delight to return to.
Room 6 was 🔥
The hotel bar and rooftop terrace were spacious, and comfortable with the same great views out room offered.
The staff were great and on hand to answer any questions and attend to every need. We ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel and the highlights were the chocolate pistachio croissant and the pulled chicken nachos 😍
