Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit ganz lieben und netten Gastgebern. Wunderbare große Zimmer teilweise mit kleinem Privatpool. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und völlig ausreichend. Alle Aktivitäten können von dort aus über die Mitarbeiter gebucht werden, ebenso Restaurants werden incl. Taxi gebucht. Ein wirklich schönes Haus.

This was the best Guetshouse I have been to. It‘s at the end of the Village Plettenberg, but the view is great. In the room we even had a bath and a private pool. Superb breakfast, with view zo the ocean! Friendly staff and Christina was very helpful with tipps. Close to the wonderful excursion Robberg Nature Reserve

Très bel hôtel. A notre arrivée, parking privatif. Accueil agréable et souriant. Hôtel moderne et propre. Notre chambre fut spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain / douche qui est très grande (douche séparée de la baignoire). Chambre propre et bien insonorisée. Joli petit jardin. L'une des deux piscine n'était pas en fonction mais l'autre fut très agréable (un brin fraiche). Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié avec des fruits, des oeufs, des crèpes, des céréales. Un très bon hôtel que je vous recommande.

We had a fabulous stay at Solar House! A lovely spacious and beautifully decorated room with a great view across to the Robberg Peninsula. Great breakfast served in the upstairs dining and living area, with fantastic views. Just a short walk to the beach, which we had entirely to ourselves. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had an excellent stay. The service was fantastic, the recommendations for restaurants including the organisation with the drivers very helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast with an amazing view and thank the team for preparing everything so heartily.

We had an amazing stay during our honeymoon. The staff were so kind and helpful. We drove from Cape Town and when we arrived Faith went above and beyond to make sure our first night was a great night. Breakfast was amazing. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We were able to see whales in the bay from our room! Just a short walk to Solar Beach which is beautiful with views of Robberg Island and whales. We were able to drive to Tsitsikama and animal alley easily and it was a quick taxi ride for dinner each night. Would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to this area!

Wir hatten nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und uns hatte man direkt etwas zu trinken angeboten. Durch die Rezeption wurden uns auch viele Restaurants empfohlen und gleich auch ein Tisch reserviert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, was leider bei den Temperaturen schlecht geatmet hatte. Aber sonst sehr stylisch mit allem wichtigen eingerichtet. Tolles Hotel und tolles Frühstück mit schönem Meerblick

We zaten als enige in het Solar House, een aparte unit van deze lodge. De kamer was heel koud en zodra je de verwarming aanzette sprong de elektriciteit uit. Naast dat we ons niet heel veilig voelde omdat er in deze unit geen gasten waren, was er ook nauwelijks wifi bereik. Geen aanrader.

It was a special 40th Anniversary celebration weekend. The service was excellent as it was a cold weekend and all the extra amenities we requested were in our room upon arrival. The room and bathroom were spacious and immaculately clean. The bed and bedding were of high quality/standard. We were spoiled with a sunny room and balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service flawless and the breakfast scrumptious. Thank You Christians Lodge for a memorable weekend!
