Appena entrati abbiamo notato che l'ingresso era molto scuro, benché fosse stato primo pomeriggio. Le luci erano spente. Non è stato un buon impatto. Al check-in ci comunicano di avere dei problemi con i computer, per cui le key card non funzionano. Ci accompagna in camera il manutentore, anziché il bagagista, come normalmente accade. Solo lui era in possesso della chiave meccanica. Il manutentore non ci ha fatto una buona impressione. In corridoio, ristagna uno sgradevole odore. Avevamo richiesto una suite business, ma di suite business aveva ben poco. La camera era caldissima; il condizionatore non funzionava. L'arredamento piuttosto fatiscente. Il frigo bar era scollegato dalla spina, ed era vuoto. Teniamo a precisare che ci serviva il frigo bar freddo, perché dovevamo conservare dei medicinali. Nei servizi erano previsti gli accappatoi, ma non li abbiamo trovati. La cameriera ai piani, utilizzava l'ascensore degli ospiti, anziché quello di servizio. Oltre a ciò abbiamo notato che usava un carrello del supermercato, invece di un carrello appropriato alla pulizia delle camere. In sala colazioni c'era un'aria tetra, il personale non era empatico con i clienti. Non condividiamo le recensioni inserite, che giudicano l'Hotel Central eccellente. Di sicuro non lo consigliamo.

It's not only the facilities and personnel that make this hotel so great, but also the placement right in the city's center. I've been there many times before, and my opinion remains the same. The employees are professionals and ready to help in every situation. They are also a great partner in organizing big events and festivals and manage to ensure food and accommodation for hundreds of people during festivals and public projects taking place in the city. One example would be "Alfabetul Convietuirii" which is an interethnic festival that takes place every fall in Ploiesti, where over 700 artists participate every year. The Central Hotel efficiently manages the accommodation and food services for all the participants and ensure great communication and quality services. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether it is for business or tourism purposes.

I have stayed at this hotel several times on my business trips and have always been satisfied. Excellent location, right in the centre. At the reception they are always very kind and courteous, the staff is professional and multilingual. The manager is an exquisite person. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable. I took advantage of the breakfast and dinner service. Breakfast is international: you can find both sweet and savory dishes. The evening cuisine is very good, the pizza is also excellent, very abundant in ingredients! It's always a pleasure to come back!!
