The building is beautiful the entryway palatial walk up to the front desk the attendant acts like she could care less if you were there late arrival at your hungry no room service no Porter no Bellman no food people here act like they don’t care if you are here or not The appears snooty and better than so today I ordered a burger fries and an iced tea for room service at 12. It’s not 2 o’clock and I finally called them back and said hey where’s my food we had it for pick up we’ll send it right up. I said is it cold, no shouldn’t be cold. It was in a Styrofoam box. Call back. Oh we’re gonna cook your food. Totally underwhelmed with the service in this beautiful hotel.

Beautiful upscale hotel/resort. So lucky to have gotten to stay there for the price I paid. Everything was wonderful, from the room, to the staff, to the art work/sculptures, food, and grounds. Such a great stay 😊❤️
