Good stay. Good amenities. Had a bulb out when I got to the room but it was replaced right away.

該酒店前台工作人員比較混亂，原預訂的早餐到現場被告知沒有交錢，不得不找攜程再次聯繫。居住體驗不好。但是房間比較安靜。屋內設施比較老舊。PA酒店設施貌似都是這樣。

The front desk staff of the hotel was quite confused. The originally booked breakfast arrived at the scene and was told that no payment had been made, so I had to contact Ctrip again. The living experience is not good. But the room is relatively quiet. The facilities in the house are relatively old. PA hotel facilities seem to be like this.

Had an excellent check-in experience with Joe and Ari at the front desk, including quick and helpful provision of extra room supplies (e.g., towels and blanket). All other staff, including at breakfast and pool, were super friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean,  spacious, and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked.  Great experience!

Room is large, location is slightly off, value for money

The hotel was very nasty, dirty and Old(outdated). The carpets throughout the hotel were beyond filthy and stained. The toilet in the room still had stains and the counters dirty. The beds feel like trampolines. As a previous review stated the bartender had family(kids) there and was not attentive. The lady bartender was the worst. She acted as if she was upset that I was even there ordering a drink( extremely rude). There was a wedding party here that was chanting in the lobby area until 130am and they did nothing about it. . Do not stay here!
