Not the best accessibility for people who can't or have a hard time with stairs. No elevator for second floor rooms. The hotel itself is nicely renovated and quiet. The staff however is hit or miss. I had a great staff member at check in but the staff person for breakfast yelled at me for moving a table and would not allow my wife to get food with her vested and leashed service animal. As a minor point, they do ask about your service animal when you check in, if that bothers you. I don't think they ask the questions they are allowed properly, but I could be misremembering that detail. I don't like giving a bad review when there are good staff, andnwe usually are in and out of hotels without a problem. That said this was quite possibly the worst that both my wife and I had been treated by a hotel staff member. Unfortunately 1 bad apple spoils the bunch.
