This place is a mixed bag.  It was great because I have a service dog, and they have laminate floors in the room.  BUT, those floors are super cold, and the hallways are cold too.  The property is really big, and their courtyard area is very pretty.  They were supposed to have breakfast, but were doing remodeling, so only had coffee, and it was marginal, to be kind.  The ice machine in the east hall never did work. Had to go to the west side of property for ice.  Also a small coffee maker in the room would be a nice touch.  Most places at this price are doing that now.   They need to step up their game to compete with the other hotels directly in the area that have better amenities.  Not sure if a return visit here would happen unless improvements are made.

The location is very close to the high speed, the hotel facilities and environment are also good, the front desk service is very good, there are swimming pools, there are many fast food restaurants and supermarkets, the door is the gas station, the price is still quite high.

I arrived late in the evening, somewhere around 11 pm. I unloaded my belongings and went to plug my cell phone in, I noticed about an inch or three of dust and hair on the baseboards, I then went to put my cell on the bedside table, it was covered in what looked like KY Jelly smeared all over the table. I decided to switch to the other bedside table, same thing over there, goop everywhere. The window seal, the heater/ac unit was covered in black dust galore. The glass table across the room wasn't much better smeared in who knows what. Spills all over the floor. The bathroom was filthy as well. The only reason I did not switch rooms was the bed was actually the only clean thing in the room, and pretty comfy to boot.   The next morning, I asked to speak to the manager. I informed her about the condition of the room, she had several excuses as to why the room was in the condition that it was. They were short staffed, they had several new hires, etc. I did end up paying for the room, she knocked off $20.00 which she said was for than fair for the trouble.  I will never stay here again, or never recommend this hotel to anyone. Drive an extra mile or 3 to get a clean room, it will be well worth your drive.
